Not what expected.
The property had an overwhelming mildew smell the entire time we were there. My daughter started coughing two days into the trip. Bathroom downstairs wasnât clean and I would recommend bringing your own towels and sheets. Some had stains on them and the towels were in rough shape. Beds and mattress need to be replaced. And we were given the wrong size sheets for one bed so our guests didnât have sheets the first night.
The location is close enough to the beach and boardwalk, but you have to cross a main highway, which with 3 little kids isnât ideal.
We rented the beach package through the rental agency and never winded up using it. There were beach chairs in the back room with two adult bicycles. There was also a beach cart which we didnât use since we brought our own.
For the positive, open floor plan and ideal setup for guests on first level, the screened in porch is spacious and perfect for entertaining.
