Okay, here's a nice review for an apartment:"Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Superb apartment in prime location

This was honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed. The property was luxurious, spotless and well appointed. The attention to detail second to none. Amazing position amongst Melbourne’s cafe culture with spectacular views of flinders street station and beyond while at the same time being a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Brilliant Stay

This property had everything & anything we wanted, with spares if we ran out of anything. Beautifully decorated & comfy beds with divine bed linen. We only had to go downstairs to get breakfast, lunch & dinner. Fantastic location.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

We absolutely loved at stay here. The location is fantastic - central to everything, step out the front and you’re in the hustle and bustle of vibrant city life. Flinders St station is just metres from the door. Given the location it is almost surprising at how quiet the apartment is. Even with the sliding doors open to the balcony the sounds of the city didn’t intrude negatively. The design and fitout is exemplary- top notch appliances, Bang & Olufsen sound system, dark moody (in a good way) cabinetry and tiles. Two excellent sized bedrooms with king beds. We hope this becomes our new bolthole when we’re doing our CBD visits.

We'll be back!

This was a short trip to go to the Kylie Minogue concert. The location was perfect being so close to lots of great food, shopping and public transport. We could walk to Rod Laver arena. The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was equally beautiful. It was well equipped with everything you expect in the kitchen and bathrooms and having the car space was also a blessing. This place is highly recommended and we hope to come back for another stay soon.

Outstanding

This apartment is truly outstanding. The location is yards from the train station and several tram routes. Clean and comfortable, with way above average fittings, TV etc. The bathtub alone is worth the stay. All the necessities are provided, unlike many places - tea, coffee, salt & pepper, some cooking oil. Even some butter and milk and Pellegrino in the fridge. Good quality knives, dishes and towels. Donna was very responsive and helpful. There was a bit of noise from events in the nearby square a few times but not a problem and nights were quiet. Altogether a superb stay.

Perfect CBD Home Base

Highest recommendation. Great CBD location for catching all the tennis action and exploring surrounding neighborhoods. The apartment was outstanding and Donna is the perfect host. Very accommodating and great communication. No hesitation in booking again.

Beyond expectations!

I rarely leave a review, but this apartment deserves one! It was an INCREDIBLE location and a truly beautiful apartment with a very welcoming host. Finishes on everything in the apartment are top notch, and, yes, the cockatoos did actually land on the balcony. Host was extremely welcoming. My hope is that all future guests treat this lovely apartment with the care it deserves. Thanks for sharing with us!!!

We loved our stay at Donna’s apartment. It is in a very convenient location with lots of great restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfy and everything is furnished to a high standard. It is very quiet despite the busy location.

This apartment is the “perfect” for all your needs. This fabulous inner city haven gives you the delights of Melbourne on your doorstep. The convenient location has you able to walk everywhere or trams/trains are at your fingertips. We appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail as always we arrive to a chilled bottle of wine chocolate, chips, nuts and fresh lemons for the G&T, not to mention the sparking water, and well stocked pantry with all the condiments needed for cooking a simple meal. Bathroom is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds with stylish linen, a well equipped kitchen with quality glassware, everything you need has been thought of, even shopping bags needed for the supermarket. You are situated in the middle of the city yet the apartment is quiet and cosy. Balcony is divine with an electric heater on with a flick of a switch. We love staying here as we spent wonderful times exploring Melbourne, and loved spending relaxing times socialising in the beautiful apartment. Thank you again Donna, Ingrid and the team for always making our stay perfect in this gorgeous apartment.

Beautiful appointed and styled property, super convenient, parking included. We stayed with out 2 young kids (4 & 8). So convenient with carparking on site. Just leave your car and walk straight out to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer. Great food, shopping and culture. We especially appreciated the carefully considered way the appartment had been appointed and how everything just felt so luxurious! We very much enjoyed our stay and felt very spoilt. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back.
