The beautiful Sooke Seaviews is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit with 1 king bed in the master room and an upgraded mattress on the queen sofa bed in the living room and a huge soaker tub in the master bathroom. The building was completed in 2021 and has deluxe finishing throughout.
 
Sooke Seaviews is just minutes away from many hikes and the boutique town of Sooke.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are before 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
