The moment you step inside this stunning beach home, you will feel a sense of joy wash over you. From the beach chic decorations to the comfortable furnishings, the space to the endless ocean views, this house leaves no stone unturned in providing you with the perfect beach holiday.
The ground floor is where you will find the master bedroom, complete with king bed, ensuite, ocean views and a little lawn and bench seat right outside your door. In the foyer there are also two bunk beds able to sleep four kids. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you will instantly be met by the views from the large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen (which is fully equipped, including dishwasher and coffee machine). Step out onto the balcony which wraps around the entire beach side of the house and you'll find a bbq at one end (next to the kitchen) and at the other end an outdoor dining setting next to the living room. Inside there is also a private lounge area at the rear which has a large HD smart TV.
There are three further bedrooms upstairs at the rear, two with queen beds and one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Quality linen and towels are provided. With the beach across the road, there simply is no better option for your next beach holiday with family or friends.

Please note there is no guest access to the garage during your stay

The location of this holiday home is unparalleled. Mollymook beach is directly across the road, less than 50 metres and you're on the sand. You can walk to local cafes, restaurants and the village shops, as well as the golf course and golf club. A 3-minute drive will get you to the famous Rick Stein's seafood restaurant, a must visit for any foodie, while a 5-minute drive in the other direction will take you to Ulladulla, where you can find supermarkets and plenty of shopping.

Milton is a beautiful historic town just 5 to 10 minutes inland, where you can see boutique stores, great cafes and restaurants and the famous chocolate shop. The entire area is famous for its stunning coastline, great surf, good food and relaxed atmosphere. Being just a three hour drive from Sydney, there's no better time to get on the road, get out of town and get to the beach. We're waiting with a warm welcome!
