Perfect Stay

The house was perfect and well stocked. The owner was great and responded quickly to questions. They had a very helpful guide to the area and the house that we received before our stay and there was a hard copy in the house for reference.

Great for our Boston stay!

Close to the beach, accessible for public transport or driving. Owners were great at recommending local places and went out of their way to leave birthday decorations when I shared we had a family birthday. House fully stocked with quality products as well as great appliances. To know: planes flying over very loud. Maybe this is most of Boston? We did somewhat get used to it. House itself was very clean and accommodating.

Lovely Home and Hosts

We highly recommend a stay here when in Boston! The house is very comfortable, well-kept and in a nice location. The T station is just a few blocks away, making trips into the city very easy. Revere Beach is within walking distance, and was a daily highlight of our trip. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected issue come up and needed to extend our stay. Sean promptly and graciously helped us work with Evolve to secure the extra nights needed.We look forward to staying here again!!

Walker's Paradise

We drove up from Cape Cod, picked up my brother at the airport, and then had a super easy drive to this delightful Revere getaway! It is so close to Boston, yet so peaceful and easy to travel to/from. The home was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and bright and sunny during the day. It was set up in a very attractive and functional way. We called with a question and Sean immediately responded and was truly helpful. The neighborhood provides views of the water to the South, East and North, and skyline views to the Southwest. Within a half mile walk was the subway station, a fantastic bakery, and some international food stores. Belle Isle Marsh Nature trail was only a quarter mile walk, and of course the ocean was there at the bottom of the street!! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to visit again!

Beautiful home/Great location

Beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. This home is warm and welcoming. All the amenties you need. The owners are very responsive and have made the check-in process seemless. Revere Beach is beautiful and gives you easy access to everything Boston and beyond. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Home Away From Home

Very clean, lots of extras (snacks, toiletries), and a convenient location. Close to the beach and many amenities. Already scheduled for spring vacay!

Perfect for children & fur babies

This place is fantastic. A fenced in yard and plenty of amenities (I.e., coffee maker, pots, pans, stove, shampoo/conditioner provided, etc.) make for a great stay. It’s a block from the beach which is perfect. And very close to Boston, Salem, and other attractions. I loved that they used Google Chromecast for their TVs. I’ve never used it before but made it so easy to access streaming networks using my own account and not having to worry about logging out from the TV. The hosts are great too. I ended up having to cut my trip short due to an unruly toddler and they refunded my last night. I wasn’t even expecting that or asked that of them. I definitely recommend this place and will stay here in the future.

Revere Getaway

We stayed here while visiting our son in Boston. It was the perfect location for all the plans we had for the week. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. We arrived later than expected in the evening, and was extremely happy to find coffee in the cabinet the next morning. Our dogs really settled in and having a fenced in yard for them was convenient. Sean was amazing and promptly addressed an issue I had with the automated lock ( I am not very tech savvy). I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boston area.

Great Stay!

We highly recommend a stay here. The owner was very responsive and gave great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The house was a short walk to the T line making it so easy to go to Downtown Boston. The owner also gave details on navigating public transportation so we could easily get to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game. We took short trips to Marblehead and Salem as well as Portsmouth, NH and York, ME. The house was clean and beautifully updated. The walk along Revere Beach was also wonderful. If you’re planning to visit the area, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely beach house in Revere

The property is beautifully renovated with comfortable beds and great a/c. Sean was very responsive and helpful. We took the T into Boston for sightseeing and went to the beach almost daily.

Boston getaway

My husband and I , with 2 dogs in tow, stayed here in this charming, tastefully renovated older home in Revere. Everything was as advertised. Clean , comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Not recommended for those with mobility issues, must do steps for bathrooms/bedrooms. The beds are wonderful. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your home with us

Great place to stay!!!

My family & I were on vac to visit Salem and Boston. This rental was perfect for us. It was close to both areas we were planning to visit. The accomodations were wonderful. The house was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. After long days of walking around site seeing we looked forward to coming back to the house to relax and unwind. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well, which was wonderful with our very busy schedule. The house is updated very nicely, I absolutely love the beachy theme. We walked down to Revere beach and did some rock and shell hunting. It's a very quiet neighborhood which was also relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this rental!! I had a few questions while we were there and Sean communicated well and very quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Newly renovated and very clean

Very nice interior newly renovated property and very clean. From the outside it doesn’t show very well but the important part was how clean and comfortable the inside was !! Would stay here again.

Revere Getaway

This is a very cozy house. It was just what we needed to relax, after moving our daughter out of her college apartment. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and the stairs are steep. It may be tough on the elderly or someone with knee problems.

Comforts of Home and Great Location

We started our vacation to Boston arriving a day late and no luggage due to flight cancelation. But when we arrived I was so relieved to find the comforts and convenience of home with essentials like dishwasher and dryer so that we could wash our clothes, fully stocked kitchen (really nice appliances) and even extra toothbrushes so that we could shower, reset and make it to the Red Socks game! Host was super responsive and helpful. Location is great, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but a short walk to the subway so that we could get to city in less than 30 min. Really comfortable beds which was needed after being in the airport for 18 hours. Walking distance to Revere Beach, the oldest public beach in America and highly recommend Cut 21 for an amazing dinner.

Paddy Day Vacay

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Super clean and quaint. The house is in a great location, close to the airport and T. The hosts are communicative and quick to respond to any of our questions. They also offered us an extra day to be safely situated in the house before the Nor'Easter hit on our scheduled check in day. Overall, fantastic experience! Thank you
