Tyst, men inte isolerat: knappt 700 m från centrum av byn Saint-Saturnin les apt. Skyddad av olivträd välkomnar villan Analouise för en ljus och avkopplande vistelse, i ett stort, lugnt och skuggat område ; 1 700 m2 helt inhägnad.
Den automatiska grinden låter dig upptäcka de två byggnaderna med en våning, anslutna med en veranda som vetter mot den privata poolen (4mx7m); max djup / 1,60 m, helt inhägnad ... Nattområdet: 2 luftkonditionerade sovrum ( 180 sängar, 160 sängar), alla med privat badrum och toalett;
I dagområdet ger du två steg tillgång till ett stort ljust vardagsrum, upplyst av 2 stora fönsterfönster. Le soleil de la Provence

Excellent accueil et visite guidée de la propriété par Antoine Pinelli. Très bonnes et belles vacances pour une famille de Savoyard, une piscine appréciée par notre petite fille, Visites de villages typiques, ne pas oublier le Colorado Provençal de très beaux sites! Nous recommandons cette fabuleuse location!! Encore merci à Antoine pour sa gentillesse et son cadeau de bienvenu en tant que producteur d'huile d'olive, A ne pas manquer!!!!

Alles wunderbar

Mein Mann, unser befreundetes Paar und ich haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es war für uns ideal von der Größe her, der Zimmerzahl und bzgl. der Bäder. Jeder Schlafraum mit Klimaanlage. Schön rustikal-ländlich eingerichtet, mit Spülmaschine und Gasgrill und mit Außensitzplätzen für jedes Wetter. Den Pool haben wir oft genutzt trotz des ziemlich kalten Wassers. Die Entfernung zum Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 min. zu machen, der Ort selbst ist sehr hübsch und bietet verschiedene Restaurants, Bäcker etc. Große Supermärkte in Apt in etwa 8 km Entfernung. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und freuen uns, wenn wir einmal wieder hinkommen können.

Absolutely perfect!

This wonderful house, having all the amenities you could want, is in the perfect location to visit all the perched villages and other interesting locations in the Luberon. It was delightful to be able to walk into the village to eat or shop. Antoine was a delightful host and greeted us warmly. We especially appreciated the pool, the fridge with ice cubes and cold water, the heated towel racks in each bathroom, and the numerous lovely seating areas outside. The office area was great for computer work and Zooming. We loved our stay here and hope to return.. We highly recommend a stay at Analouise.

Außergewöhnlich

Aufenthalt in einem sehr stimmungsvollen Haus, außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung, absolut sauber, Außenanlagen mit Pool sehr schön gestaltet. Sehr nette Vermieter. Waren auch gerne im Dorf. Beste Erholung dort möglich! Gerne wieder!

Perfect House, Perfect Location in Lovely Village!

We spent a fabulous week in this large and well-appointed home. The furnishings and equipment, including the air conditioned bedrooms, were well kept and in excellent condition. The home is within easy walking distance from the village, with all the commerce, (groceries, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy) one would need. The beautiful Pool was perfect for an afternoon cool-off swim, and the home is very well situated for exploring the sights of the Luberon villages. Thanks to Antoine, for a wonderful stay, and we hope to return.

Well-appointed house in tranquil surroundings yet close to village.

We had an excellent 2 weeks in ‘Analouise’. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool, the air conditioning and the ice and cold water always available from the fridge were much appreciated in the hot weather. There are many interesting sites to visit within half an hour or so’s driving, and the village itself is free of tourist tat. The local butcher supplied excellent kebabs which took only minutes to cook on the gas barbecue. We had many excellent meals at the table looking out at the olive trees. The first shop on the left on entering the village has excellent fruit and veg, ice-cream, and wine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had good meals at L’Estrade and the Hotel Des Voyageurs. There are lots of pizzerias but rather disappointingly no bistros serving local dishes. Last, but by no means least, Anton was an excellent host and was most helpful in answering our queries promptly. We all (ages 15-86!) enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this holiday house.

Fantastic house in gorgeous setting

Antoine was so easy to communicate with—he is a perfect host. We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The pool was delightful, the kitchen well-equipped and the AC in the bedroom functioned very well! We hope to return.

Thank you for a wonderful stay Antoine! Your house is immaculate and provides all the comforts of home and much more! All of the facilities are top class, the bedrooms, bathrooms, patios and swimming pool. The surrounding area is peaceful and the short walk into the village is quick and easy. Un endroit paradisiaque

Villa conforme à la description de l'annonce et bien plus encore !! Tout y est c'est incroyable !! Sur un grand terrain clos et joliment arboré avec sa piscine sécurisée, son barbecue, la villa est au calme, spacieuse, meublée avec goût, propreté irréprochable, un sentiment de bien-être se dégage immédiatement de cette maison où il fait bon vivre. La cuisine spacieuse est incroyablement bien équipée, rien ne manque ! Nous sommes venus en famille avec mes parents très âgés de 87 et 93 ans et tout était parfait et pratique. Les chambres sont grandes, bien insonorisées, de plain-pied avec les salles de bains attenantes pour deux d'entres-elles, la literie est excellente. La villa est idéalement située, on peut se rendre facilement au village à pied. Saint Saturnin les Apts est un très joli village où on y trouve tous les commerces essentiels et son petit marché le mardi matin. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire avec une grande gentillesse et de délicates attentions pour notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont d'une totale discrétion tout en étant réactifs et attentifs en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa où nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque en famille ! Seul bémol..... rendre les clefs et déjà devoir repartir ! Nous nous consolons en nous disant que nous reviendrons dès que possible dans cette villa où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Saturnin dans le gîte de Claude et Antoine. Nous étions 4, avec l'aîné dec25 ans et le petit de 5 ans. Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé. 3 grandes chambres climatisées, 3 sdb et 3 wc ; chacun avait son espace privatif 😁. Grands séjour et cuisine. La très belle piscine est totalement sécurisée. L'idéal pour notre fils de 5 ans qui ne sait pas nager. Le gîte est à la fois au calme et proche du centre de Saint Saturnin. Un plaisir de pouvoir aller faire ses courses à pied. Saint-saturnin-lès-apt est un agréable village où l'on peut tout trouver : boulangerie boucherie, buraliste, coiffeur, petits resto... Merci encore à Antoine et Claude qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous.

Beautiful and comfortable house in good location

We had a most enjoyable stay in a beautiful house. The facilities were extremely clean with lots of special little touches (such as the beer and champagne gift). The pool was also very clean and inviting and the variety of places to sit meant that we could make the most of the sun or the shade as required. Good quality equipment and crockery and plenty of it. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a bonus of very effective air-conditioning! We are familiar with the town and the house was a short walk from a range of restaurants and places to shop for essentials. Antoine was most courteous and available on call if needed. We would definitely book again. Thank you Antoine for your hospitality.

Analouise Stay---Love to Come Again!

Antoine and Claude, our hosts, ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We found the home a wonderful, well equipped, and comfortable place to spend our vacation. It was a great location--not far from the vineyards and lavender fields of Vaucluse, but walkable into the village and boulangerie of Saint Saturin. Yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. And there were so many things to do nearby---exploring the other hill towns, heading off to the markets---even going to Avignon or Cassis for the day. The home was well stocked. An example of this was the cooler with ice blocks and shopping bags available we used regularly to go to market. We found many available cooking ingredients handy to have on hand. Did I mention the lovely olive grove in the back yard. How could we get closer to the feeling of living here? We would recommend Analouise to our friends, who also know it was a wonderful place, since we had invited them to join us. They are ready to come back with us again! Sue and Don

Fabulous house, wonderful location and the owners, Antoine and Claude were so brilliant

Antoine took the time and trouble not only only to collect us from the village on arrival but also showed us the way to the restaurant in the next village that we had booked for the night we arrived! The house is fantastic, well equipped for all our family needs - our grand-daughters loved it - we had no problems at all. Superb gardens, pool and recreational areas. St-Saturnin-les-Apt is a beautiful village and the reality is that you can get everything you need there without going to Apt for the major supermarkets. Some excellent restaurants - try L'Estrade which is excellent food and good value but you need to pre-book. Will definitely be coming back sooner rather than later.

We had a wonderful stay at this property Claude and Antoine were delightful hosts and very helpful should we have needed anything. We didnt as everything was so well equipped very nice pool which is fenced should you have toddlers. We would recommend this property to everyone. Ruth and Lionel Mills

un accueil et un séjour irréprochables

Accessible à pieds de la maison et à 30 minutes de nombreux endroits magnifiques à découvrir, Saint Saturnin est un adorable village. Notre séjour était fabuleux ! M et Mme Pinelli nous ont extrêmement bien accueillis : chaleureux et souriants avec la volonté de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable qui soit. Leur maison quant à elle, est parfaite pour 6, les deux suites parentales sont idéales, son équipement est sans faille et l'architecture globale en fait un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Notre seul regret ... n'être restés qu'une semaine.

Excellent séjour et très belle maison

Tout commence par des échanges avec un propriétaire disponible, nous cherchions une grande maison belle et confortable avec une piscine sécurisée et du terrain autour. Le propriétaire nous a rassuré et en effet la piscine dispose d’une barrière sûre et d’un portillon impossible à ouvrir pour un enfant. Ensuite cette maison est vaste et bien aménagée, elle dispose de la climatisation dans ses 3 chambres, ce qui est d’un grand confort lors des nuits chaudes du Luberon. La maison est meublée avec goût et avec des meubles de qualité. La propriété est au calme au milieu des oliviers et en même temps proche du centre du village avec tous les commerces dont on a besoin. Tout est prévu, mini cave à vin, pompe à bière, réfrigérateur américain, wifi, cabane pour les enfants et cafetière Nespresso………. Tout est prévu pour cuisiner « huile sel poivre, pâtes, riz et quelques boîtes pour les arrivées tardives mais aussi avec les produits pour l’entretien quotidien de la maison. En bref une très belle location de haute qualité avec tout le confort et des propriétaires charmants.
