This is a family friendly property. No large groups of young people. Two cars only permitted. All noise must be turned down by 9pm out of respect to our neighbours.

Families especially appreciate the backyard, where children can play safely, and the proximity to both the beach and local shops. Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and a short 1.4km drive to The Dunes Shopping Village shops (supermarket, bakery, pizza shop, bottle shop, wine bar and more... The Flying Fox park on the beachfront is nearby. On and off-street parking available, double gates allow jetski or small boat parking in the backyard.
Getting Around:
Bring your bikes to ride around the neighbourhood, and explore the Surf Coast by car.
