GORGEOUS hem på Old Hickory Lake. Jag har fått höra av många att mitt drömhem har den vackraste av alla vyer på Old Hickory Lake. Återinredda med rustik / chic charm. Dock tillgänglig för en engångsavgift. Kort bilresa från centrala Nashville och nära nästan allt. Det är verkligen en extraordinär egendom med 6 nivåer på däck med utsikt över den expansiva sjön.
Kan rymma 10 men jag föredrar högst 8 för personer som är picky när det gäller uppblåsbara sängar. Det har allt för komfort. Perfekt för romantik, och fantastiska familj och vänner kommer undan! Det är ett stort hus på cirka 3 000 kvadratmeter. Det finns 3 sovrum, vardera med en KONING, och två QUEENS. Jag har också en stor Frontgate King Uppblåsbar säng som kan ställas in var som helst och ligger högt från marken som en riktig säng - väldigt bekväm-high end. Uppblåsbar drottning i träkvalitet. Har också två Twin XL trifold-bädgar som kan användas i alla rum.

Softball tournament turned into Family vacation

House was great, it was in a quiet location with the river in the back. There was such a beautiful sunset and our stay was very relaxing.

Quick Weekend Trip

Our family celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday. Loved the closeness to Old Hickory Lake. If you don’t have a boat, I couldn’t recommend Sweetwater Pontoon enough! Loved our day out on the lake.

Great weekend trip with friends

Our group had a fantastic time with our stay. The lake house is on a hillside, and it overlooks the water below with a great view of tree canopies and sunsets. We spent time hanging out in the screened in porch, we grilled burgers one night, and during the day we relaxed out on the dock in the sun. For our group of 10 people, this house felt more than spacious with plenty of different rooms in which to socialize. Our host was very communicative when we had questions, and the listing was accurately displayed. Overall great trip.

Beautiful place

This was a great spot for our annual gals weekend. Beautiful views of the lake; lovely to sit on the dock, etc but also close to downtown Nashville for nightlife. Close to hiking at nearby state parks as well. Owner is very attentive and accommodating.

Annual friends getaway

Very peaceful lake house setting. Nicely updated main floor. We were a group of 4 couples with an average age of 62 all in good shape. The house has a great deal of steps to the lake. Getting up and down approximately 120 steps and stepping stones was difficult for the few with artificial knees and/or hips. Not a problem otherwise. House has multiple decks with nice screened in porches. Owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

Beautiful home, professional and friendly home owner

Our stay couldn't have been better. Two nights with 8 women- there was plenty of space for all of us! Beautiful views inside and out! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lake Home Retreat

Love Love Love this property. The owner super easy to speak with and so helpful. The view is beautiful, the home layout was perfect and cozy but roomy. Definitely will be back. 10+stars if I could!!

Heavenly hideout the water

Comfortable, stylish home on water facing west, bringing incredible sunsets each night. Kitchen has everything you could ever need, and the communication with the owner is excellent. Would definitely recommend. Can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful home and view

The house was gorgeous.., plenty of room to spread out and amazing views ......it was rainy the whole time so we unfortunately did not enjoy the outside and dock as much as we had planned but I'm sure in nicer weather it would have been great. The owner was incredibly accommodating and wonderful to deal with . Looking forward to our next trip!

Spectacular

I came to nashville to comfort a friend losing his mother and stayed one night here me and my wife enjoyed it and Randi was so good as to leave some cheesecake to enjoy. We let our friend and his wife stay the last night and they both said it was exactly what they needed. If it included a boat it would have been perfect.

Beautiful Spring Break Retreat

Happy to have found this scenic and comfortable retreat for us to share with another family during our spring break trip. The Pottery Barn and Frontgate-style furnishings gave the house a relaxing but upscale feel. The view of the water was enjoyed from several rooms, decks and the screened in porch. Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out and also congregate for meals, and fishing off the dock was a big hit with everyone. The owner was very conscientious and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home in such a scenic setting, just a short drive from Nashville sites.

gorgeous lakefront property

Randi was an incredible host. Very easy to communicate with. House was better than pictures. The view off the dock at sunset over the lake is unbelievable. Take advantage of the gas grill to save money by cooking in. Thank you Randi cant wait to come back. Easy drive to Nashville 18 minutes to Broadway bars

Great Weekend Lake House Stay

Beautiful lake house with plenty of space and sleeping spots for large groups. Great view of the lake and boats, especially in the evening, and plenty of space on the rear tiered balconies. Our group had a great time down at the dock and in the lake with the inflatables that are provided. House is a 25 minute uber drive from downtown, making it the best of both worlds to take advantage of downtown Nashville and the privacy of the lake house. Randi did a great job communicating with us during our stay with any questions that came up. Our group had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Great house with amazing view, convenient location

This house was the perfect destination for our group of 7, and we could have very comfortably stayed here with a larger group. The house is roomy with plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining, and the view of the river is simply fantastic. It is located closely enough to Nashville to make a night on the town no problem, but you’ll want to spend plenty of time at the house too! Randi was so helpful throughout, and checked in a couple times to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this property and it will be top of mind if we come back to Nashville!

Lake House

We loved staying at the house on the lake. Even though we didn't use the lake at all, the view was beautiful and I would wake up every morning and look out the windows. The house was very roomy and close enough to Nashville for us to go to everyday. Randi kept in contact with me the whole time and it didn't matter what time I asked her a question about different things in the house, the response I got back was right away.

Highly recommend this house

We stayed in Randi’s house over the weekend for a bachelorette party. We were hoping for a partial lake weekend and partial downtown Nashville experience, and we got just what we wanted! The house and the view were spectacular. Enough room to fit 9-10 girls comfortably. A true 20 min from the airport and ~30 minute Uber to Broadway with traffic ($20 for Uber x). Randi was quick to respond with any question I asked- was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect House for a Family Get-a-Away

My family and I thouroughly enjoyed our family retreat at this charming house. The 3 bedrooms were large and beds were comfy. The master bed room (located upstairs) is huge! We had three kids that comfortably slept in blow up mattresses in the downstairs den. I loved watching the thunderstorms blow in through the large windows over looking the lake. If you plan to use the boat dock, please be extra careful walking down the 80+ stairs to the dock as they are quite slippery when wet. It's a bit of work out to get down, but totally worth it, as long as you are in good shape! Thanks for an awesome vacation, Randi!

Perfect house for a getaway

This house was even more perfect than we expected. I came to town for my sister's bachelorette party, since she lives in Nashville she wanted something that felt like a getaway. This house was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for a weekend with friends. We also made the drive to and from Nashville a few times with no problem. It's very easy to get an uber from the house. We lounged in the comfy beanbag chairs all weekend, and we had a catered dinner that made use of the fully stocked kitchen. Randi was very communicative and helpful. Thanks for a great weekend in your beautiful lake house!

Lake house

The views were amazing overlooking the lake. Check-in was easy. Property owner was easy to work with. I felt the property needed a bit of TLC. Entered by way of garage which needed a cleanup. Walked down the many stairs to the dock and found chase lounge with huge holes in it. Mold was around the edges of master bath and there was a musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms. Overall the property is lovely but a few things could definitely be improved on.

Lake escape!

Can’t say enough great things about Randi and her property! The house is plenty spacious for 7-8 people. More than that you will need to use the provided pullout accommodations. Full kitchen, utensils, and grill. Washer and dryer. But wow that view and access to the lake! Who needs a mask when you’re on the open water :) I would go back without hesitation. Randi was so quick to respond and helped out with anything I needed. Thank you!!

Awesome views of the lake!

My family and I traveled here for a sporting event over New Years and this home was perfect for us. We are a group of 7 but there was plenty of room for all of us! There is nothing better then having your morning coffee and looking out over the lake as the sun comes up. The dinning table was large enough for us all to sit around and have a meal or play cards. The main living area has a large pass-through gas fireplace which was a nice added feature to the house. Randi was our host and she was great. From the time we booked -to the time we left, Randi stayed in contact and was quick to answer any questions we had. Most of our activities took us downtown Nashville and the drive wasn't an issue at all. Most of our trips were around 20-30mins, depending on traffic. But if you just needed to run to the store or grab a bite to eat, there are plenty of stores within 10mins of the house. To be fair to the review... there were a few minor repairs being done to the house but nothing that affected our stay. This was our first HomeAway experience and it was a success! We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing Experience

My family was really looking forward to our trip to Nashville and our stay on Old Hickory Lake. All of our communication with Randi prior to our trip was very positive. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. However, when we arrived at the house on Saturday evening, the house did not meet any of our expectations and did not live up to the pictures posted on VRBO. The exterior parts of the house, the front porch and all of the decks were covered in dirt and debris. None of the furniture was clean and the cushions were dirty and stained. All of the windows and screens were filthy and covered in cobwebs and dead bugs. The interior of the home was not much better, especially during a pandemic when cleanliness should be the number one priority for your guests. Some of the kitchen cabinets had dried food on them, the refrigerator was not cleaned out and some of the drawers had food crumbs and hair in them. The silverware was not clean, and neither were the drinking glasses. The vacuum was left out in the dining room and was not emptied. There were also large cobwebs on each corner of the ceiling above the dining room table. Many of the drawers still had things in them so we did not feel comfortable unpacking our bags and toiletries. The bathroom drawers were dirty and one even had someone's underwear in them. The master bedroom had a blood stain on the pillow. The sliding glass door in one of the downstairs bedrooms was broken and there were a lot of dead bugs all along the corners of the interior of the room. The final straw for us was the linen closet. Most of the linens in the closet were not folded and just balled up and thrown on the shelves. We couldn't tell if these linens had been cleaned or not. We smelled one of the sheets and it clearly was not washed. We reached out to Randi to let her know our disappointment in the cleanliness of the house. She asked us to send her pictures and her response to us the next morning was that it would be best for everyone if we vacated the property. She said that she didn't want our negativity and our standards were too high. She did offer to send cleaning people to the house but we knew that there was far too much to be cleaned in a couple hours. We had to scramble and find a place for our family of 9 to stay for the week at the last minute. This was by far the most disappointing experience we ever had on a vacation.

Girls weekend away!

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful 4-bedroom lake house, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were very pleased by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. Each room was thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space for our group while maintaining a cozy and inviting atmosphere.The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the gorgeous views of the lake. Every morning, we woke up to the sight of glistening waters and stunning sunsets. The outdoor seating areas at various levels were perfect for relaxing, whether we wanted to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy the serene surroundings.What truly made our stay exceptional was the owner of the home. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing their beautiful property. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed. They were readily available for any questions or needs, making our experience all the more enjoyable.This lake house is a true peaceful getaway, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty. I can confidently give this experience a hands-down, 5-star review! If you're looking for a picturesque retreat, I highly recommend this lovely home.

From the NE, something called me to Tennessee. Perhaps the nature, which hasn't disappointed. The home has been renovated and I am ready to share it again after a 100 year old Oak destroyed the entire back. The inside is modern, spacious, open and engaging for all guests.

It really is a unique and ideal setting and beautiful home. As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were WOWED! It was serendipitous.
And I bought it from two amazing people who sing and have written songs here. A true GEM.

The viewing deck with the expansive view of Old Hickory Lake (main channel of the Cumberland River), and never tiring of the barge that goes by. It is a peaceful home that has all modern amenities including heated floors and toilet seat in the master suite on the main floor. Great place to relax, have fun, and create memories.
