BAY TILL STRAND

Denna vackra semesterbostad med två sovrum, två badrum, ligger på en liten tomt på den södra änden av ön Anna Maria i staden Bradenton Beach. Beläget i Coquina Moorings, ett litet privat lägenhetskomplex, rymmer denna slutanordning sex och erbjuder en uppvärmd pool, privata båtslippor och fiskebrygga, och ligger precis tvärs över gatan från den vackra Mexikanska golfen. Med fönster i alla rum kan du njuta av den vidsträckta utsikten över vattnet både viken och Intracoastal Waterway.

Med en king size-säng i befälhavaren, två tvillingar och en tvilling med pop-up-rulla i de andra sovrummen finns det tillräckligt med utrymme för hela familjen. Det fullt utrustade köket gör det möjligt att äta på kvällen inuti eller ute på balkongen. Det finns faktiskt två separata rymliga balkonger skärmad med glidreglage! För inomhusunderhållning finns det platt-tv med DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och två sovrum. Dessutom kan du njuta av gratis höghastighets trådlöst internet och gratis lokalt och fjärrsamtal till U. S., Kanada och Puerto Rico.

Börja dagen på den bakre skärmen balkongen och titta på soluppgången över ICW med utsikt över Sarasota Bay. Gå till kajen för att fiska eller bara titta på fåglar, båtar och en tillfällig manat eller delfin. Lounge i den uppvärmda poolen eller tillbringa dagen på den vita sandstranden. Ta en promenad till Leffis Key vid naturreservatet Coquina Beach, eller promenera till Bridge Street för att shoppa. Hoppa på den fria AMI-vagnen och utforska ön och kanske kolla in den historiska Anna Maria City Pier and Park eller handla Anna Maria. Gör allt detta och kom sedan tillbaka i tid för att koppla av på den främre balkongen för att titta på en fantastisk viken solnedgång.

The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Beach in the morning before it was too hot & pool late in the afternoon. We had the best of both worlds. Weather was great, although a little hot but no rain. We would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Was the best location with the beach just across the street and the bay right out the back door. Pool was very nice and everything was very clean. Host replied promptly & rental agency was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Very well appointment 3BR appartment, right on the bay waters and right at the beach (with only the beach road to cross).Kitchen is super complete, beds comfortable and neighbors very friendly.

Beach & Bay fun location

Great location with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The place could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. They only stock you with one roll of paper products and soaps, so if you are staying longer than a few days I would stock up before arriving.

Perfect week at Anna Maria island.

My wife, daughter and myself spent the week. The condo was in a perfect location. First time on Anna Maria island. Loved it. Our condo was awesome and everyone was so friendly. Really a nice time had by all.

Perfect beach vacation.

Great location on the beach. Even when it was crowded there was plenty of room to grab a good spot on the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and gulf. Really enjoyed the screen porches to watch sunrise on the bay and sunset on the gulf. The pool was awesome and great spot to socialize with other families at the condos.

Close to beach and heated pool. Screened porches on front & back: 1 looking west at the Gulf & sunset; 1 looking east to the bay & sunrise. Ample options/tables for group eating indoors and on porches. Comfortable, cozy, attractive, clean rooms. Managers (Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals) attentive and friendly.

Fishermen's paradise

The unit had all you need, the kitchen is well equipped with everything! The beach is right across the street literally, you can see it from your balcony and hear the waves. The fishing pier at the back of the property is amazing! The heated pool was such a delight as the ocean water was pretty cold! We LOVED our vacation and will definitely come back!

Great condo. Best of both worlds fishing in the bay through the back docks and across the street is the beautiful ocean. Condo has everything you need! Perfect place for 6 people comfortably. Loved the screened porch in the back that can be closed in by sliding doors.

Great place in AMI

We’re very pleased with the unit we rented at Coquina Moorings.(Beach to Bay) What great views of Sarasota Bay as well as the Gulf from the both sides of our unit. While the Red Tide was somewhat of a downer the first two days of the week it did get better after the winds changed direction and we were not really bothered much after that. Would rent that unit in A heartbeat aagain. We just loved it!

Perfect location on Anna Maria Island

Location was perfect on southern end of Anna Maria Island about 1 mile from Longboat Key pass. The condo offered water views from both front and back balconies so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. It was equipped well but would have preferred more bath towels and toilet paper but we survived by doing multiple towel washes in the washing machine inside the condo. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Each bedroom had a tv which was great great for the kids. I woukd definately not hesitate to rent this condo for a future vacation.
