Excellent stay

We enjoyed staying here. I will say, make sure you read through the paperwork. You do not check in at the hotel. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned all the way. We called the rental company and they sent somebody over to clean it immediately. I was very impressed and would not mind staying here again.

Vacation

Check in was terrible. Was told it would be ready from anywhere between 3 and 7pm. I received the text that it was ready at 7:30pm. So we drove 11 hours and had to wait that long to get into the room. Could have definitely been cleaner. Floors were very dirty. Location and view was great.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and convenient the only problem that I had was that the beds were like you was sleeping on springs and was way too hard, if there would have been a mattress topper it may have made it sleep better. Also the masters bedroom air didn’t work well very warm in the room. Other than that I loved the place

Disappointed with beach Elliot resort

We had a few problems a few things were broken when we arrived such as doors off hinges and curtains could not be closed all the way. Also garbage disposal was broken and could not run dishwasher or use one side of the sink. Also called everyday for 4 days for someone to come and fix it and we continued to get different stories when someone would come and fix it was very disappointing that we had to make calls everyday to get it fixed when they knew it was broken to begin with before we checked in. Was also disappointing to not be able to sit on balcony all the time due to the neighbors smoking pot and the loudness of the neighbors with music and witnessing a yelling match at the pool over seats with umbrellas and the employees not doing anything about it. Overall I probably will not be staying at this particular property again or even using beach Elliot resort again due to all the problems we encountered. The worst property I have ever booked unfortunately.

Family vacation

The location of the property is great. The challenge here was that the building is not managed well. There are a lot issues getting the elevator to go up and down. We were issued a parking pass for 2 cars. We were unable to find parking on the facility one of the nights and we had to find parking elsewhere. There was a leak in the kitchen and no one came to fix it after it was called in. The apartment in the property was a little older and needs touch ups. Regarding the instructions for check in process, this was provided appropriately. Communication was great during business hours.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Restaurants and Starbucks right on the property so everything was in walking distance. The views was absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back.

Not as described

The check in process was horrible. We had to wait until 6pm. The building itself was dirty, garbage in the hallways. The unit itself had a broken dishwasher and AC wasn’t working in the master bedroom. The kids also will not have access to the water slides as it’s apparently only available to the hotel guests. Upon checking out, a week later I was told I was being charged $400 because some Sheets we’re “ruined” there was no damage and no conversation had. I would not recommend this place.

Below Expectations

Unit was non-smoking, but had a strong smoke odor with cigarette butts found in bedroom and on balcony. Sheets were worn, stained and sandy. Strong marijuana smell from neighboring rooms with loud music throughout the night. Not a family friendly experience. Resort is on the ocean and has many pools and outdoor activities.
