With a generous capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests with a maximum of 8 adults, this spacious two storey house is perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. Unwind in the tranquillity of this exceptional recently renovated property boasting five sun-drenched bedrooms (1 being an open plan area) and three pristine brand-new bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.

The house is tastefully equipped with modern amenities including split-system reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, multiple Smart TVs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an enclosed yard and garden to enjoy the glorious weather.

Upon entering The Birubi Beach House, the staircase will lead you up to the grandeur of the open living/ dining and kitchen space that will surely entice you with the new flooring and dramatic feature of a vaulted timber ceiling. This area leads out to a stunning wrap around deck with casual alfresco dining. Three bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located upstairs. Additionally, your furry friend is more than welcome to accompany you, making each moment of your stay enjoyable.

The stunning fully equipped kitchen with a large island stone benchtop catering for 4 barstools and top notch Bosche appliances including an electric under bench oven, induction cooktop, built in microwave, and dishwasher, offers the ideal setup for preparing delicious meals, there is also a large fridge/ freezer and servery to the balcony. You may prefer to take the cooking outside to the BBQ while enjoying the outdoor area furnished exclusively for your leisure.
