Wonderful Experience

The home was perfect for me and my family. There was ample room and the house was well-located close to major freeways and convenience. The property manager was wonderful to work with and allowed us to check-in early. Overall, the house was pretty clean with the exception of the kitchen. There were some dirty dishes and pans in the cabinets. I will admit both my sister and I are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. We just washed the dirty dishes but were surprised . I do have a suggestion - it would be nice to be aware when people are scheduled to mow, clean the pool, etc. Overall, the experience was wonderful.

Independence Day Weekend Stay

Property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy to find and check in was a breeze. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of towels for bathing/swimming and the pool was a great way to beat the heat. We were pleased to find an outdoor grill and outdoor seating...the backyard is nicely shaded. The ping pong table in the game room was also a hit. The property manager promptly responded to our emails and allowed an earlier check-in and later check-out. Cons: As others have mentioned, the driveway is very steep and the stairs leading to the front door have settled and are irregular. Decor is dated and the unit could have been a little cleaner, but I will admit that I'm very picky about cleanliness. The entire property could use a little TLC. Overall, I would recommend this property...especially if you have a large group. I would stay here again!

Comfy and cozy

We loved our stay at this house. We thought it would be a little bit bigger than it was, but that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The house is extremely clean and inviting. The pool was lots of fun. We enjoyed cooking burgers on the grill and swimming our first night. The house is in a pretty little neighborhood that is quiet and not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here!

First impressions: pool and backyard neglected. Our host was responsive but our problems were beyond her control. From the time that we got there until our last day we voiced our concerns to give the ones who are in control chances to rectify the problems. We simply just want to have a quality family time by grilling and swimming. The only amenities being offered were unkept. Neglected. We took it upon ourselves to clean the grill and scrub the pool ( used their pool brushes and net etc adjusted pump water). The grill was undescribable. Good thing they have a small fire extinguisher. The pool was not anything we expected. I sent pictures to the customer service after they reached out and was told it was a loss of amenities and our disappointment is understandable and that maybe they can do something about it. ( This was supposed to be our simple and relaxing private pool vacation, but it was stressful due to the uncleanliness) The host was considerate to contact the Evolve team owners for us. I got an email from the Evolve customer support promising to fix this ordeal. I followed up many times. Our issues was never resolved. We are a military family and I saved up for this to surprise my family and looked forward for this trip. Drove 3hrs, hoping to enjoy our Father's day/ vacation and relax. (Sigh) But the host was accommodating, we were getting murdered by mosquitoes in the backyard lol and she sent her housekeeper to provide us the fluid refill for the citronella candles. But I think the mosquitoes were already immuned to the citronella lol. (My poor kiddo)

Visiting our Grandson

We hoped to spend time with our 18mo old grandson in a home with a nice pool and that's just what we did. The pool was shaded which made for a much more enjoyable experience. The house was clean and well stocked with all the essentials.

Get away with Grandson

We enjoyed visiting our 18mo old grandson. The pool was in use all week. We had one problem during our visit with an interior door that was accidentally locked and the property manager responded promptly to fix the issue. We had two concerns about the property: we were told the driveway was steep, but it was really steep...so much so that our Toyota car bottomed out and couldn't navigate the driveway unless we drove over onto the grass. Next there is a very unusual 4" elevation change from the front door hallway to every room in the house. The first time down was a real surprise and almost a fall. We only stubbed our toes twice before we got use to it. This should be better marked.

Girl's Game Weekend

We loved the location - very lovely quiet, established neighborhood with lots of trees. I didn't even feel like I was in Dallas/Fort Worth. Minutes from a neat "town-square" type shopping area with a huge variety of restaurants. Easy drive to the airport and to Fort Worth. The house is as pictured - clean and comfortable; open kitchen with everything we needed. We really appreciated the wine, meat and cheese try and chocolates provided. Absolutely loved the real wood fireplace (I think this was our favorite part). The layout was perfect for our girl's weekend of hanging out, catching up and playing games (we brought our own but there are some provided). We even enjoyed some air hockey. Owner was responsive to all my texts. Downside - on the basic/old-fashioned side as far as decor. The front door wouldn't open due to a faulty handle, so we had to use the back door, which wasn't a big deal except when we had some food/groceries delivered. Large ants in one of the bathroom tubs. I would consider keeping the pool open or a sturdier cover to make the backyard aesthetic a little nicer. Overall good value for the price.

Comfortable week

We enjoyed our stay Thanksgiving week at this home. Thoughtful touches like water and juice were provided, and there were plenty of towels and warm blankets when the temperatures dipped. We had enough cooking supplies to provide a few of the side dishes for our family Thanksgiving gathering at my sister's home nearby. Very comfortable stay!
