This property is not suitable for children under 10 due to the stairs. 2 Kristie Court is a very comfortable spacious townhouse which is ideally suited for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and have the perfect getaway, this is a strict Smoke Free property.
Three levels all filled with quality furnishings, the spacious open plan living/ dining area is located on the ground level, there are ceiling fans, large wall mounted Smart TV and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer.
Upstairs on the middle level are two bedrooms and the main bathroom, the bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The main master retreat is located on the third level with a lounge area, TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
There is a fantastic entertaining courtyard with gas BBQ facilities and alfresco dining for eight people. Internal laundry with top loader washing machine and the bonus of having a third toilet. Park the car in the double garage and walk to all attractions, all this makes 2 Kristie Court a very easy holiday.
Situated between Little Beach which is perfect for the calm waters and Shoal Bay Beach where you can enjoy the surf makes the location of Kristy Court great. Enjoy a bit of fishing from the jetty or beach at Shoal Bay, snorkelling in the Marine Sanctuary or take a short 15-minute stroll into the popular D'Albora Marina where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. Little Beach Boat House Restaurant Cafe, Inner Light Tea Rooms Restaurant Cafe at the Light house lookout and West Diggers RSL are all within a 10-minute walk.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
