The Space:
This Aldea Zama condo sits in the jungle between Tulum's beach zone and downtown you're close to everything without the noise. The setup works well for couples or two friends traveling together.
What you'll have:
- Private terrace with pool views (great for breakfast or evening drinks)
- Two bedrooms with king beds and their own bathroom access
- Full kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for six
- Living room with smart TV and lots of natural light

Location Details
Aldea Zama puts you half way between the beach and Tulum's town, and you're surrounded by cenotes. You can easily reach the Tulum ruins. The neighborhood has paved streets, good lighting, and a residential feel.

Youâll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay plus access to the common area amenities at this condo include a swimming pool, 24/7 security, elevator, beautiful lobby area, terrace and parking on premise.
The Neighborhood:
Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea ZamĂĄ situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can walk the Aldea ZamĂĄ community too.
- The Aldea ZamĂĄ community is surrounded by beautiful lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences
- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road
- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance
- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:
The condo is about 118 km | 73 miles or about an 1 hour and 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Itâs best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. Weâd be happy to help! If you're driving, check your mobile map apps for driving times vary depending on the time of day.

Please take note: Tulum is currently under development and until further notice, there is construction taking place nearby and noise must be expected from Monday to Saturday.
Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, youâll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping but if youâd like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor, in common areas and public spaces. The surveillance cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety. All cameras only face outdoor areas or corridors.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and hours must be respected.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the complex during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
Youâll have complete privacy during your stay, but weâre available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
