A good place for a few days

Accommodation as described, good location for visit to Sydney. Incomplete check in information provided prior to check in date, meant some time was spent on arrival trying to contact manager for the necessary details, eventually resolved.

Filthy

Dirty. Just dirty. The sheets were the only things that were clean and thank God because otherwise I would have been out of there. I had planned on getting groceries and cooking my own meals but when I saw the state of the cooktop and stove there was no way and I don't think the coffee maker has ever been cleaned. I know this place doesn't cost as much as others but that shouldn't affect cleanliness.

Perfect for a few days in Sydney

Great compact unit, very well equipped, bed extremely comfortable and location superb. The property manager answered our few questions very promptly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Communication with contact person, was not good enough. We had no instructions emailed to us for entry. After many calls, a code was given, key was retrieved. The studio hadnt been vaccumed or dusted for quite some time. Bed linen hadnt been changed, sheets pillow had a terrible smell. Oven was dirty, stove top, bathroom floor dirty, tap & sink in bathroom not ckean, hand wash topped with water as almost empty, tea towels stained, coffee cups, dirty, no dishwashibg liquid. Doona cover both actually stained. Location was good for us. Contacted contact person for clean linen for 2nd night. Which was left for us downstairs. Because of a tight Budget & none refund booking we had not much of a choice but to stay. Clean linen made it better . Owner was apologetic and we came to an arrangement, new cleaner to attend to studio once we vacated today.

Great Location but need to improve check in instruction process

Lovely clean apartment in great location. I wouldn't call it spacious and we didn't have use of the pool the entire week we were there. Check in instructions were very unclear, taking us 30minutes to locate lockbox cupboard. We were given two different combinations for the cupboard. Once open we discovered the photo of the key holder didn't match any in the cupboard so we had to try them all.

If you have difficulty walking too far this property may not suit. Longer walk from drop off at front of building to rear and stairs to access building which you do not know about until after you have booked property. Was an issue for us

Cosy and comfy pad literally in the middle of the city. The world is your oyster here! Great location, super host, everything positive. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place, leave the car home.

Excellent apartment. The parking is only well suited for those with small cars that already have plenty of dents and scratches.
