Solana Resort is a manned gated community located off Hwy 27 minutes away from Disney attraction. This wonderful resort community offers a 4,000 sq foot clubhouse, kids play area, large heated pool, hot tub, with private cabana's, tiki bar, sand volleyball, playground, ping pong, arcade room, and a fitness room. There is also a miniature golf course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini market and gift shop! The clubhouse also serves Breakfast and you can grab a bite to eat for Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies for both.)

As you enter the home to your left is the guest bedroom. To your right is a small hall that leads to the guest bathroom, laundry room and garage.
Continuing into the home, you will find the dining room to your left with seating for 6. Straight ahead is the great room with love seat, sofa bed and large TV perfect for movie time at night. Popcorn anyone?

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware and dinner ware making it easy to plan and prepare meals and snacks. Dining in the convenience of your vacation home is a big money saver. The breakfast nook has a view of the covered pool area and offers seating for four.

Do not want to have breakfast or lunch indoors? Grab your breakfast, coffee/tea and step out to the covered lanai where a table and seating for four is offered. Take advantage of those golden rays from sunrise to sunset with this refreshing south-facing pool. Sunbath on one of the two loungers or cool off on the sparkly clean pool and spa. The pool and spa does offer heating at an additional charge.

On the ground floor is the main master bedroom with private ensuite with a garden tub, separate shower and dual vanity. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and 43" TV to wind down after a long day at the parks or under the sun. There is also another bedroom on the first floor with a Queen size bed. Additionally you will find a bathroom with shower.

On the 2nd story, there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twins beds and TV decorated in beautiful rainbow colors. The 4th bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and decorated in avengers theme with TV. The kids rooms share the 2nd guest bathroom. The 2nd master with ensuite offers a comfortable queen bed for a good night's sleep after a long day at the parks or under the sun and private bathroom with tub/shower and TV.

The garage has been turned into a game room and has pool table and foosball.
