It is a stunning two-bedroom villa located in the heights of Vitet in the quiet and peaceful area of Devet. The villa offers a magnificent 180-degree panoramic view of the ocean, Toiny Bay and Petit Cul de Sac.
Think space, luxury, quality, peace and tranquillity at this luxury villa situated in an exceptional, secluded location, this villa is an ideal spot for couples and honeymooners.
La Magnifica is new contemporary villa built on two levels offering a large indoor lounge and living room that opens onto the terrace with a stunning ocean view. The spacious terrace, overlooking the pool, has a large table and chairs for six people, two comfortable chairs with a small table perfect for alfresco dining or watching the sunset over the bay in the evening.
The living room is cosy and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, iPod docking station and Wi-Fi. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen. However, if you decide to leave the sanctuary that is Le Magnifica there is an array of gorgeous restaurants in St Barths to choose from.
An amazing number of restaurants in lovely settings dot the island and the food is almost always exceptional. St. Barth is truly a paradise for gourmets and foodies alike. St Barths has over 80 restaurants that range from gastronomic fine dining in the best hotels to sidewalk cafes and feet-in-the-sand beachside grilles. Food ranges from traditional French to West Indian flavour. You will even find some of the best Italian food on the planet in St Barths. With provisions were flown in from Paris every day, and often paired with local seafood, dining here is considered to be the best in the Caribbean, and rivals any city in the world.
The villa offers two light-filled luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is on the main floor with double doors opening onto the terrace and walk-in closet. A second bedroom is located on the parking level offering terrace access also.
The closest beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are only five minutes away, and 10 to 15 min to the airport, to Gustavia, or to the other beaches such as Gouverneur and St. Jean.
