Swansea's best kept secret! Well situated, recently renovated, family operated.

This home, with vaulted living room ceilings, has been completely renovated, featuring a spacious open concept, modern living space and kitchen. The living room features a wall of windows enabling glimpses of the lake, enticing our guests to get on the water or stroll down to one of the seven public beaches.

The closest beach access is just 100m to the left at the Oxford Lake Access point. The Windsor boat launch and dock is just as convenient, located just 150m to the right. Ask us about our bouy!

The kitchen is fully equipped to support your gourmet cooking adventures, including a dedicated bar area with separate beverage, wine fridge. The dining space includes a farm-house table with patio door entry/exit onto a covered patio where your barbeque awaits.

The long driveway is perfect for parking snowmobile or boat trailers.

Swansea Point is the perfect spot to stay if you love snowmobiling, with access to Hunter's range and beyond right at the door step.

Beautiful property and great location

We had an amazing stay at this lovely property. Such a beautiful space, with everything you could need on your holiday. It was tastefully decorated and so comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and I appreciated the new washer and dryer as well. The location is great. Quiet, private, yet a short walk to the closest beach. We enjoyed the beach, clean water and beautiful view from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location ~ perfect home!

Completely impressed with this home and the hosts! From the moment I booked through to after we left, the hosts communication was impressive and they clearly care about their guests and their home. We arrived to a very clean and well stocked home with everything you need, and more! The little welcome card and goodie basket was a beautiful surprise! I can’t say enough great things about this home. Steps away from a little beach, a 10 min drive into town as well as the public beach and hosts that are amazing to deal with. 100% recommended! Thank you Steve for helping my family create a fun and memorable summer holiday ♥️
