This top floor lovely sunny apartment envoys views from every room across to Balmoral beach. It is a two bedroom and 1 bathroom .
Everything is brand new , All new furniture and mattresses, electrical appliances, new 55â Sony tv and Sonos sound bar. New internal laundry Miele appliances throughout . Beach is 1mins across the road. Apartments has aircon; and a parking spot in a shared garage for a small car .please note there is no lift . unit is on the third floor .
Itâs has been fully renovated and ready for summer. This is the first time it is offered for holiday rental.
The location is unbeatable being beachfront Balmoral. There are restaurants such as Public dining room ; Kazzi; the boathouse ; Pasture ; and Bathersâ all in walking distance . Buses are at the door .
