Lovely comfortable place!

We were a group of 7 friends and had a lovely stay! Its close to all the wineries and has Ravine winery within walking distance and a coffee shop also!

Review cloud wine

This was a spacious and clean property. Plenty of room for families & groups to stay. It is a bit away from the main area of NOTL but not terrible. We also wanted to run the dishwasher for them but couldn’t find any dish soap. Otherwise a great stay.

Getaway near Niagara-on-the Lake

Lots of room for a family to be near many locations. Theaters, wineries, shopping are all 10-15 minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty off refrigerator space, small appliances, and dishwasher. The rooms are bright and well lit. Dimmers on the in-ceiling lights would have been nice.

Disappointing

The property was in an unkempt condition. Upon arrival, we checked out the accommodations. The beds had no pillows, there were no extra sheets or pillows or blankets for sleeping on the couches, or pullouts. We tried to wash some throw blankets and a sheet which was used, on the pull out couch. The washer wouldn't work. Towels were damp in the bathroom, suggesting they were used. During the night, birds were entering the bedroom through a vent for the air conditioner- working on building a nest. My family vacated the property the next morning. Owner still hasn't acknowledged our complaints or refunded our money.

Family Wedding

Escape to Cloud Wine is a beautiful and spacious home. It was conveniently situated across the street from the wedding venue. We were disappointed with the air conditioning in the house as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. Would recommend this property.

Bad Experience

There was a lack of cleanliness and readiness of the property. One of the bathrooms was not useable as well as the fire pit. On top of that the owner began ignoring calls and texts. Overall very bad experience with this person.

The house was good for the amount of people we had. There was only enough beds for 10 people and then a couch without a pull out for the other two. Otherwise everyone was comfortable and the house worked as needed! It would have been nice to be able to sue the back yard however it was not weeded and cleaned up to use.

Excellent stay

The house was great and was exactly as described. The rooms were clean and the home was spacious. The back deck was nice place to gather for our many friends. The stairs down to the open field and creek running through the property were a bit overgrown and difficult to navigate but it made it a bit of an adventure, like the secret garden type thing. The only thing that was missing in my opinion was coffee to go with the coffee maker and filters that were provided, so if you're a coffee lover then make sure you bring aome with you.

Fabulous girls weekend in wine country!

We were all very pleased with this gorgeous vacation home. Very large and beautifully decorated both indoors and outdoors. Such a lovely deck out back to relax together and have a glass of wine in the warm autumn sun!

Clean and spacious

Overall good experience! We're a bit disappointed that there was no shady place to sit in on patio ! Ac was inadequate for size of property! Host was great!
