This home has been set up with family in mind. The space caters for getting together over meals, playing pool in the rumpus room and games in the large fenced yard, but also for finding your own space to relax, curl up with a book and get away from it all. The bright open-plan living comprises a comfortable lounge area with TV and fireplace, a dining suite with room for 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping configuration includes Queen beds and study tables in both the main and second bedrooms and a king single bunk bed in the third. All have BIRs and all linen is provided. The bunk bed in the rumpus brings the total occupancy to 8. There is one family bathroom upstairs with a shower and bathtub while the downstairs bathroom has a shower and there's a third separate toilet in the laundry, which also houses a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Being right in the heart of Mollymook, this is a top location. It's just a short walk to the north end of glorious Mollymook beach with its long stretch of golden sand. Whether you enjoy swimming and surfing or are into more adventurous water sports such as scuba diving and water skiing, there's so much here for everyone. Take a walk along the top of the peninsular, go mountain biking or head off for a game of golf at the outstanding local course,
As far as eateries go, you are utterly spoiled. The famous Rick Stein at Bannisters is just up the hill, while Bannisters Pavilion and the popular fusion restaurant, Gwylo, are both a short walk just down the hill. Mollymook shopping centre and the Beach Bowling and Recreation Centre with a bistro are nearby, or walk the path to the south end of Mollymook to the surf club and cafe.
Further afield, just a 5 minute drive away, is Ulladulla CBD with all a larger town offers or head north to the quaint and historic Milton with its antique shops and art galleries.
