Denna vackra, lyxiga, exklusiva villa ligger på Regatta II. Det är en stor enhet, med 2100 kvadratfot och en dramatisk utsikt över bukten. Trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt i enheten. Det är en ljus, luftig enhet med tre sovrum och tre fulla bad. Den stora stora rum är smakfullt inredda, innehåller en platt-TV och öppnar för en stor, möblerad Lanai utsikt över den vackra Vanderbilt Bay.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV, eget stort badrum med dubbla handfat, duschkabin, badkar, en stor klädkammare och öppnar till Lanai. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning säng, TV, med tillgång till ett badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en egen bad med en duschkabin.

Ett stort fullt utrustat kök med skafferi öppnar till matsalen. Det finns en separat tvättstuga i villa enheten, med en tvättmaskin, torktumlare och handfat. Det finns ett förvaringsutrymme med badlakan, stolar och leksaker.

Den villa ligger tvärs över gatan från Ritz-Carlton Hotel, och är en kort promenad till Vanderbilt Beach. Vår inomhus garage är närmast hissen och det finns ytterligare parkering ingår. Regatta är en gated posten byggnad med en säkerhetsvakt. Den stora, vattenfall pool inkluderar en entrén som är noll djup, en separat läsning pool, gym, vikt rum, och jacuzzi. Poolen har en grillplats och kylskåp där du kan lagra mat och dryck. Condo ligger nära Mercato Shopping Center, restauranger, postkontor, bibliotek, tennisbanor, park, teatrar och utmärkt shopping i närheten.

Awesome property, location, amenities

We have stayed in this building several times before and I would say this was our best stay yet. The condo itself is lovely and has everything you need and more. The owners are responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again and were sad to leave. Thanks so much for accommodating us for a 2 week stay.

Excellent experience!

Everything was excellent! Over our expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious, we feel like being at home with all supplies and facilities to stay at the condo or go to the beach. Found everything we need and more. Walking distance to the beach. I would stay again if visit Naples again! Charlene was there for us every time we need.

Very nice.

Location great. Five mins to beach. Amenities close. Property was nicely laid out and spacious. Was a very comfortable stay. Big plus was things were stocked. Sandwich bags, paper products, condiments, all the little things so you don’t have to buy 50 normal household/ kitchen items for your stay. Usually vacation properties are vacant of the little things. Not the case here. Made our stay much more comfy.

Naples Paradise

The apartment was huge,beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a holiday and a stunning view of the water .Communication with the owner was excellent and the check in was seamless..Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen although we ate out quite a lot at the Mercato which was close by and had great restaurants and a Wholefoods.We often sat on the lanai looking at the pelicans and boats and reading our books..it was so relaxing.We used the lap pool every day ,which was heated as was the largest free form pool, both kept clean and had sunloungers with umbrellas.There were sunloungers and Tommy Bahama parasols in the apartment which we used the on beach that was only a short 8 minute walk away..We were very sad to leave and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

We love to stay in this location, but really loved our unit this time! It was well kept and appointed, and the owner very easy to deal with and responsive! Had toilet paper for the week and beach supplies, plenty of linens! Would return again!!

Regatta vacation

We found this condo to be in a great location. We were further impressed by the things provided in the condo, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Great time and would rent this again.

Would choose this condo again

We had 4 adults and 2 male children, ages 10 and 12. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for us. We had the master bedroom which had a door to our balcony and a view of the bay. The bath had a private shower and bathtub. My favorite view was from the living room which had sliding doors leading to the balcony and bay view. Everything was clean. There was a washer and dryer and everything we needed to take to the beach, which was a 5-minute walk. We stayed a week and ate in 3 times. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we fixed. We did miss our Keurig, though, and needed a scraper or what some people call a spatula because we made cupcakes for the boys. On two nights we grilled our main course at the poolside grills. The condo was conveniently located to both Publix and a WalMart Super Center. It was a straight shoot to Tin City and Venetian Bay, two of our favorite eating areas. We have been to Naples 3-4 other times, but the location of this condo and its spaciousness is our favorite so far. We would definitely rent this space again.

Property was Amazing!!! One of the best rental properties we have ever used!!

From the moment we drove onto the lot of the property, everything felt right. The entire complex is secure with gated entrance. The condo itself was SOOO clean and well kept, it didn't feel like a rental. The two pools were very nice. We used the grill by the pool and that worked out great. The walk to the beach wasn't bad (although I would recommend bringing a cart of some sort to carry all your beach stuff). The condo had so many amenities that most rentals don't; toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, beach toys, the list goes on and on. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be keeping this condo on our short list of possibilities when it comes time to plan the next family vacation.

Very nice accommodations!

We loved this condo for our family of 5, spacious, everything in good working order, and lots of extra little things like tissues and toilet paper we didn’t need to supply. Short, 5 minute walk to the beach, and 2 other state park beaches close by, which we also visited. Close to the stores, shopping, and tons of eating options!

Wonderful week in Naples

Second time staying at Regatta and absolutely loved staying at this condo. Perfect location, beautiful residence, wonderful owners. Charlene made it a breeze with easy to follow instructions. The unit was immaculately clean and the porch overlooking the water was a relaxing way to start and end each day. Can't say enough positive about our experience. Thank you!!

Great time

We had a great time at this Regatta condo. It was very well outfitted with everything from martini glasses to dishwashing gloves to enough toilet paper to last us all week. It's the little things that matter, right? We had a beautiful view of the bay and were in short walking distance to the beach and biking distance to Delnor-Wiggins. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as promised including the convenience of a great parking spot in the garage. I would certainly stay in this one again!

Toller Urlaub

Dieses Condo ist sehr geräumig. Es ist genügend Platz für 6 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Bay von dem wir mehrmals Delphine gesehen haben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können dieses Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Great area, great condo, great place!
