Welcome to our home on the river with a private pontoon! Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the river, with panoramic views stretching as far as the eye can see. The pontoon offers endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. Step inside and discover a sanctuary of elegance and modern comfort. The master bedroom boast river views.
Outside, the private pontoon provides easy access to fishing ( fishing rods supplied) and kayaking( supplied). Embrace the endless possibilities that await you on the water's edge.

Short walk or bike ride ( bikes supplied) to Mooloolaba beach and Esplanade. Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning.
Sofa lounge that offers an extra two sleeping options. We have just added external security cameras located at the driveway , pontoon and entrance to our home for added security for our guests and to monitor our home when it is vacant. Our cleaner also makes and decorates cakes. If you are staying for a special occasion we can arrange a special cake to be delivered with a 15% discount on orders received whilst at the house. The property was well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. This property has amazing views of the river and is reasonably well located to access the beach and restaurants for an enjoyable stay.

Great House - Great Location

We enjoyed a great family weekend, plenty of the room for everyone from 3yr old to 80 year old. Enjoyed the open living area the pool and fishing from the Jetty. Good for everyone.

family holiday

The children absolutely loved the house! The pool was a huge hit, and being close to the water was a big plus. The location near shops was ideal, and the children want to return for a longer holiday at this venue. I was very happy with the booking!

Fantastic!

We were so impressed! The house was lovely so well equipped and very spacious. Plenty of amenities . A lovely walk into the wharf / esplanade, only about 20 minutes along the canals. A few fish caught and crabs as well.Pool was a lovely temperature and house had plenty of towels which was appreciated.Overall we loved our stay, and would recommend 100%

Excellent stay!

This property is just beautiful and an amazing location for a family holiday. Kids played on the beach all day and the adults spent the day taking in the view and fishing. Didn’t even come close to using all the extra facilities/inclusions as there is so much, everything you need! 100% recommend!

Great stay with family

Absolutely amazing property to stay and relax with family and/or friends to unwind. Large home with everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped, we made use of the fishing gear as well as the kayaks and games, fun for everyone. Nat was very helpful and quick to respond when messaged and would recommend this house to all my friends and family that is for sure!!

Spacious and family friendly

Our time at this Stayz was fantastic. A spacious place with a large open plan tv, meals and kitchen area and a couple of smaller lounge space to spread out. There are plenty of cooking, crockery and cooking utensils for both indoor and outdoor meals. Plenty of pantry space for all of your food supplies along with a large fridge/freezer. The river frontage deck has table and chairs, lounges chairs as well as a long high table to sit at with your favourite drink to watch the river flow by. A kayak is available and can be launched from the pontoon or from the sand at low tide. A great location and just a 20 minute stroll to The Wharf area, (Sea Life) to Mooloolaba beach and the Mooloolaba beach front shops. A good sized BBQ to out in the pool area that is protected from the wind and rain. The pool is a perfect size to manage the kids. There is space in the garage for one car and off street parking for at least two more. We travelled with 3 Adults and 3 children in May. The Stayz description is accurate.

Great week with friends in a beautiful property

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Natalie was great to deal with and the house was fantastic to celebrate a 60th birthday. We even caught some fish & mud crabs!

Family getaway

We had the best time in this property, the grand kids loved checking the crab pots and fishing from the private jetty. There was space for everyone to be together or separately if you needed your own space. They supplied portable cot and there were toys for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very private and we all had hours of fun in there. The location is great as it is so close to great restaurants and beaches. We booked this house so that our family could all be together and it was perfect. Natalie the host replies promptly and is very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Stunning home close to everything

This house had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family with so much space yet it felt homely. Awesome spot, so close to the Mooloolaba wharf/front. We walked/rode bikes provided from the property (how cool) of an afternoon for a look. Staying here in Summer would be so good with the pool but the winter sunsets looking over the canal were hard to top! 11/10 stay

Great view

From as soon as you open the front door, the view throughout the house was spectacular. It was like you were living in a mansion on the water with all the facilities that you could ask for. The cleanliness and facilities are excellent. I would recommend this for a large group, like we had eight adults, or even a family with some children, we all felt like we were living four days as kings

We are two Norwegian families (4 adults + 5 teens/kids) traveling together and we loved to stay in the house. The house holds all equipment needed for family and friends dining and Fun. There was missing some bed linens when we arrived, but this was replaced as soon as we reached out to the host. Communication with the host through the app/website was very effective.

the property location of the house is fantastic. the house is set up with all the equipment you need with added extras such as bikes and kayaks for use by guests! Any time I had an issue/questions, the owner was able to sort for me.
