Unit 3 Victory Court is located only a stone’s throw from Little Beach where you will free picnic and BBQ facilities, a children's playground, perfect swimming beach for children and a jetty to cast a line. Also, a 15-minute walk along the foreshore or 3-minute drive will have you into the heart of Nelson Bay CBD where you will find an array of fine restaurants, cafes, and tourist activities on the foreshore.
This two-bedroom unit is tastefully furnished with a cane lounge and dining suite, flat screen TV and DVD player, ceiling fan plus glass sliding doors that access the L-shaped covered balcony with a Weber Q gas BBQ and outdoor dining for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities including an under-bench oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Caffitaly Coffee machine.
The main bedroom has balcony access and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, the bathroom has a standard size bath, vanity, step-in glass shower plus heating for the cooler months.
Other features include a single lock-up garage and internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and bonus of having a dryer.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
