Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the amazing screened-in porch with gorgeous views of the wetlands. Relax and unwind alongside the community pool or enjoy a game of pickleball or tennis with friends and family. Located on a cul-de-sac great for kids to bike or scooter. Community dock offers easy access to the Indian River Bay and is ideal for kayaks or canoes. Easy 6-minute stroll to a guarded private uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. The neighborhood is steps from the Delaware Seashore State Park Fresh Pond trailhead with miles of beautiful trails for biking or walking. Elevator available by request and signed waiver.
