Enjoy the peacefulness of our cozy cottage in Brighton, just 1.5 hrs. from Toronto and 4 from Mtl. We are steps away from Lake ON and have a stunning view our comfy living room and patio!

The space
» Outdoor patio lounge space with oversized deck, BBQ (Napolean) and cozy fire pit. Sun loungers and foldable table/chairs for al fresco dining.

» Large kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, french press, milk frother and drink/bar prep area. We provide all the essentials to make cooking in our kitchen a breeze.

» Dining area featuring a gorgeous custom guide map of all our local favorites. Expandable table allows extra seating for guests when needed and a perfect place to enjoy one of our many board games.

» Cozy living room featuring a beautiful vaulted ceiling with rustic beams and antique light fixtures. Smart TV, endless options for board games and pull out sofa (if needed). We also have lots of DVD's for a movie night in.

» 3 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms. One King Suite and two with queen beds. All are beds are fitted with Canadian Made Douglass mattresses and room darkening shades for a restful and comfortable nights sleep. Ample clothing storing space is available in each room as well as extra blankets and pillows. Workspace area with desk and chair available in one of the Queen rooms, a great relaxing place to work from home this winter!

» 2 newly renovated bathrooms, including one en-suite (in king room) with shower and one main bathroom featuring a tub & shower combo.

We have central AC / heating throughout the house & unlimited high speed WIFI.

Brighton, Ontario- small town charm and convenience

The property easily accommodated our family of 7 (1 babe) with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 washrooms, an oversized kitchen, fenced yard, deck and laundry. The host's attention to thoughtful details made our stay very comfortable. The town of Brighton has a friendly, loyalist, small town charm with amenities and sights close by. Highlights of our trip including 2 trips to the amazingly quiet and beautiful Presquile Beach only an 8 minute drive away, a trip to the Big Apple, lunch at Lola's cafe, restaurant visits to Prince Edward county, strolling the shops of Main Street, several family walks along the water of Presquile Bay and Lake Ontario and family BBQ's on the deck. The experience was all we hoped for and more.

Mother's 90th

Excellent quiet location, very clean and felt brand new. Every convenience supplied. ie Full size washer/dryer with detergent. Four adults had plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for a Girlfriend’s Weekend

Cozy cottage perfect for our girlfriend weekend. Nicely decorated with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Meghan is amazing. Very prompt and sincerely wants you to have a good time. It is a located walking distance to the Marina, in a quiet area, and good location to Ste. Anne Spa and the many wineries, breweries, cider houses and provincial parks. Highly recommend and am considering booking for my anniversary with my husband. Thank you Meghan!

Family Reunion

Three sisters and our spouses, who live many miles apart, were reunited for the first time in over four years. The Callisto Cottage was bright, pretty and very comfortable. Everything that we could've needed was provided. All we needed was groceries. The cottage was near Cobourg, where all of us grew up, and to our extended family in eastern Ontario. We were able to reunite with family and friends and enjoy wonderful family time. Thank you so very much.

We absolutely love to travel around the world and constantly book unique places through Airbnb & VRBO which have yet to disappoint. We spend a lot of time in Prince Edward County and Brighton as we really enjoy the scenery, beaches and of course the wonderful food and wine.
