Loved it!

Beautiful beach and great house with elevator, which helped tremendously with luggage and groceries. We enjoyed the multiple levels for privacy. Store within a quarter mile.

Rosemary dunes

Great house for us. About 50 yards from gulf. Enjoyed the sunsets every night. Easy access to beach for walks. House was very well maintained. Elevators came in handy with the 4 floors as we had several folks with disabilities. Loved that 4 bedrooms faced the gulf and had porches to sit and listen to the waves or just enjoy the view. The house had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities. A shout out to vayak gear. They delivered the equipment on time and we had fun playing corn hole and riding bikes. The staff at premier coast was great. We had a problem with the elevator one day and they had the service person there in very short order. We also had to have medicine delivered their office for a guest and they were very nice to help us out with that. Great stay at rosemary dunes. Would definitely rent again.

Relaxing Vacation

Easy Brezzy was just beautiful! The house was clean, and had the most amazing view of the beach! Pictures are spot on. We will definitely come back!

Gem on the Cape

Our family had an amazing trip at Cape San Blas and Easy Breezy home. This home is incredible inside and out! The layout is perfect, plenty of space and the location is perfect! Sitting on the beach just steps away from a beautiful very private beach. The guys loved being able to walk out and fish right outside the house..everything was just perfect..we will definitely choose to go back!

A little slice of paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time coming to this area, per recommendations of friends. It was absolutely gorgeous! The house was beautiful and was perfect to allow our family (young and old) to spread out and have space, while coming together for meals and gorgeous balcony sunsets. There was a lot of red tide our last 3 days, so the air quality got really bad, but we could at least enjoy the pool and time on the balcony. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again should we ever decide to return to Cape San Blas.

best vacation rental yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A fabulous home that met all our needs for a multi generational group of 10. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed since we cooked all our meals. The view of the gulf was priceless with easy access via a short boardwalk, and it was uncrowded even on a holiday weekend.All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The separation of bedrooms on 2 different floors with the main floor between gave plenty of privacy.Air conditioning was great on all levels. There was plenty of hot water for our large group.The availability of the elevator was so very helpful for a handicapped family member.I could go on and on, but just know it is a perfect house and we would return in a heartbeat!!

Summer Beach Trip 2021, best ever!

We had 8 adults and 6 children! This place was very suited to all our needs! We all had plenty of space, enjoyed the porches and the easy access to the beach! You won’t regret staying here at all. Very convenient to the Trading Post, the donut shop and Peachies! IT IS AN AWESOME PLACE, hope to go back soon!

This was our 4th year staying at Easy Breezy, and it was awesome as always! It’s the perfect house for our crew of 16. We have made many awesome memories there, and we hope to make many more!Also, the maintenance crew at Cape & Coast is on top of things. Anytime there have been any issues, they have quickly responded and we haven’t been inconvenienced.

The house needed some minor maintenance and C&C was notified of the issues. The pool heat went out on Thursday and it was not turned back on for the rest of our stay. Would have been nice for the kids to swim the last two nights.

Family Vacation at Easy Breezy

The house was wonderul and in an excellent location. Beach access was great and the beach was pretty empty. A few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed the house was wonderul. Very well appointed with items you will need in the kitchen. Our favorite activity was sitting on the deck watching the sunset. Would love to return on another vacation.

Easy Breezy - Breezy sometimes not so Easy

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation. This home is set-up for multiple families with W/D on two levels top and bottom, pool is in front of home so you loose sunshine early, had to have maintenance out for hot water heater and pool heater, that ultimately needed to be refunded (pending). The decks all have great furniture, elevator stopped working for a minute but came back. Lots of great features, it just needs some love in some places. Great for little kids. Tons of games. Kitchen table was wiped one too many times but it's a rental, I get it. Living Room Sectional recliners were both not working. But it had a downstairs fridge on lower landing just inside, lots of kitchen everything, two dishwashers, Our family enjoyed the week.

Welcoming the New Year at Easy Breezy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy Breezy is a well-designed home for a large family/group; much attention has been paid to details. For instance: 1. Washer and dryer on both bedroom levels was very convenient. 2. Adjoining baths for every bedroom was a luxury, and especially good in these COVID-19 times. 3. The decks on every level were also very nice; 4.the kitchen, for the most part was well equipped. 2 refrigerators were a real bonus! However, for a top-notch home, there were a few glaring shortcomings that could easily be fixed: 1. the dishwasher situation was not good. There were 2 dishwashers; one was out of order unless you wanted to stand in front of the door to hold it while it went through the different cycles. The other dishwasher worked but the handle on one side is about to come off. 3. The oven seemed to take a long time to get something done so the thermostat may need calibrating. 4. Bedrooms: not all the bedrooms had adequate lighting for night reading. For example, my master suite on the lower level had one light on only one side. Another problem is that there were no end tables. We had to improvise since both occupants have to use CPAP machines which require being at bed level. So, I would suggest adding these things for all the bedrooms other than the bunk rooms (the lower bunk room bath had no shade on the window facing the road). So this home could be a outstanding beach house with just a few modifications. It then would then match the fabulous location at Cape San Blas.

Disappointed but satisfied if that makes sense

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time at the house, 2018 first time, and it was in the need of some maintenance from last time. Now there has been a severe hurricane since last time and all most all the houses need maintenance. I guess I should not be disappointed. House still was above grade and the area is still fantastic. The rental equipment not worth time to order. Bike chains rusted, tires really low and chairs, the house had plenty with much better condition and quality. Yea I would still comeback. It was clean except for some dishes that previous renters did not check form diahwashers that need replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Cape San Blas with all of the family. This was a nice house-lots of amenities. However there is one major issue and that is water pressure. While the house has 7 1/2 bathrooms, only 3 or 4 are good for showering. Not enough water pressure on upper levels. At certain times of day, couldn’t even flush toilets on upper levels. I understand this is an issue on the Cape, but when you pay the price for this house, you expect it to be functional. We have stayed at other large houses and never had this issue. I do have to give compliment to Cape and Coast Realty-they respond quickly to any other issues but the water pressure issue is something that needs to be addressed in the future. We will not rent this house again because of that.

Forced Family Fun Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy Breezy location is practically perfect...off the beaten path with beach front on a quiet, peaceful beach. There are views of the bay and beach from the balconies. Plus the pool and private beach access. We were a group of 18 and prepped all our meals at the house. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had. All the dishes, pots, pans, appliances, utensils, etc we needed. The grill was also very nice. The adults reported the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a bathroom off each bedroom. Other pluses: outside shower, lower level restroom, ice maker and two refrigerators. Cape and Coast Vacation Rental Staff were very helpful when we needed them. Great customer service. Improvements are needed on dishwashers. Although they were "top of the line" when Easy Breezy was built, they need replaced. One was not operational and the other needed TLC to get it going. With a full house, no one wants to do dishes on vacation! We had water pressure issues, but think all of Cape San Blas did one evening. Our family would stay at Easy Breezy again.
