Great location within walking distance of town and many sites. Host was not on site, but communicated well remotely. Be aware that there are very steep stairs leading to the unit and the bathtub/shower is built up on a platform, so requires a giant step to get into it. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some.This is an old building, so don't expect modern perfection (or any special treats from the host), but it has it's charm.

Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Unit was exactly as described. Very clean. Excellent communication from host. Really appreciated nearby parking, outdoor space, and lots of extras in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this apartment primarily because all our needs were met. Also, the space was large enough for two of us, and included access to a balcony in the back. In addition, the location was wonderful, right in old Quebec City. Finally, the host was phenomenal and answered my many questions. We would stay here again.

Nice, clean apartment. Location is excellent. It’s in the middle of the old Quebec. You can walk to everything. The only thing I wish is a bigger bathroom. Everything else is as described. The host is easy to reach.

This location is in the heart of old Quebec City. The communication with the hosts was helpful, informative and they were quick to respond. The apartment was spacious for a family of four. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

This little flat met all of our needs - great location was walkable to many different neighborhoods and restaurants. The included parking pass was priceless! Fabrice was proactive and responsive - great host. Would absolutely stay here again.

Basic apartment at exceptional location.

This is in an exceptional location, and along with the price and the fact that parking is included, this VRBO property gets 5 stars. We had a great stay and really enjoyed Quebec City and this location. The owner had excellent, prompt communication and instructions regarding arrival and the stay. The apartment itself is nice but quite basic. It had just about everything we needed and was comfortable. A few small things: the floor is uneven (it's an old building), the bathroom is tiny and the kitchen is adequate but small (it would be helpful to have a colander). The light/fan unit in the bedroom was dysfunctional - the fan turns on when you turn the light on, and continues to turn on and off on its own, so we just didn't use the bedroom ceiling light. I wouldn't recommend anyone with mobility difficulties stay here because the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and the tiny bathroom with an awkward step up into the shower would be problematic. For us, though, this was an excellent location and a solid, functional apartment for an appropriate price. Thank you!

For a 1st time visit to Quebec City, it was an excellent place to land. Parked in a close by lot. Could walk all around the old city. Great food options. Saw some places Louise Penny mentioned in her mysteries. Host was simple to work with, which I value.

Perfect location, spacious, quaint apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk around old Québec city. Car is not needed and you can walk to train station (Gare du Palais) in 10 mins. Both beds were used and found to be very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own kitchen, and it was well stocked. . Highly recommended, Merci Fabrice!

Cosy and Quiet Stay in Old Quebec

This apartment was perfect for our three-person family visit to Old Quebec. Cosy and quiet and tucked away on a side street right off the main tourist area, an easy walk to the main sights.

Lovely time

Our stay was great—communication, location, lovely apartment with a little terrace we enjoyed for meals when we wanted to cook for ourselves. We walked to the train station upon departure and found the location perfect when exploring the touristy part of Quebec City.

Perfect for seeing Quebec City

Appreciated the Host assisting us finding the apartment since some roads were under construction and finding a place to park (our truck was over 1.8m). The apartment was at the top of the stairs. It was very quiet even though it was very close to a main street. Kitchen was very well stocked, just lacked a place to store our food items. Otherwise, highly recommend it.
