Regina Beach 2 Bdrm All Season Home - Pet Friendly

Please Note: We have the DragonFly Tiny House accommodation right next door - great for families wishing to book both as a package. Contact Host for Special Offer Package prices.

Very clean, 2 Bedroom home accommodates 5 guests. Unique views of the Last Mountain Lake. Five minute walk to the lake and another 10 minute lakeside trail walk to the beach. This property is all one level, and easy access from driveway to kitchen with groceries and supplies. We have a 40" TV with Apple TV for AirPlay via Bluetooth from any device, along with Netflix for our guests to enjoy. The location is on a very quiet little street opposite a green space. If you are looking for a family retreat, then this is perfect. Features an outdoor kitchen area with cold water sink, BBQ (both propane and charcoal) and an outdoor bar fridge. Unique community with everything close by for shopping, Farmer's Market, beach activities, golf, go carts, horse back riding, driving range, etc. There are activities in all seasons, including winter trails for snowshoeing or cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, etc.

Nice location, unsafe property for toddlers, incovenient air conditioning, unclean sheets

Two of my kids had allergic reactions to pet hair on sheets and sofa cover. Sheets were coded in pet hair on all beds. Each dish i used i had to wash first as they were dirty. Air conditioner was window unit and did not keep up in the heat, also could not watch tv in evening with air conditioner running beside tv. Deck spindles are about a foot apart so a child can fit between and potentially fall onto straight cement. Instead of fixing space between spindles owner had added boards to the base so that toddlers can stand up higher along the rail to f.chold cab fit bewtrdn

Lake Breeze Cottage a nice getaway!

The owner made sure that everything was ready for us before our arrival, and was very good at communicating all the necessary information to us. The cottage was well-kept, clean and comfortable. Although the outdoor space could use some grooming, it was nice. A lovely relaxing vacation!

Great memories

Check in process was easy. Host very accommodating and very personable. Perfect location. Pups also had a great time exploring the property. We had a great time making new memories staying up late with a fire, star gazing and watching for Northern Lights and catching glimpses of boats on the water. Thank you John for allowing us the opportunity of having a wonderful mini vacation.

How we describe ourselves defines really how we "see ourselves". I enjoy cottage life and with that, the never-ending projects which keeps me occupied and engaged. My passion is AI and Smart Home Technology, so my first project was to automate my cottage. Having an interest in tiny homes, off-grid living, etc, I jumped at the chance to buy the award winning DragonFly Tiny House as a guest accommodation. We set that up in 2017 and it is now open all year (winterized) and we have welcomed many guests. It is always great reading how much people enjoyed staying in the Dragonfly and some guests were booking because they saw it on HGTV or read about it in the book MicroLiving - and for some it was an experience to "try it on for size". We've heard back from a few guests who have built their own tiny house, inspired by their stay with us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love animals and have donated to many charities (Regina Cat Rescue, Bright Eyes Dog Rescue, Salthaven West, Lioness Club Seeing Eye Dog Annual Dinner and Silent Auction, Regina Humane Society). When the opportunity presented itself to attain the property next door, that would accommodate more guests and provide a Pet Friendly place for people to stay along with their "furry family members", the answer was simple. We are close to the lake and everything a guest could want with a short walk or drive. Regina Beach is a unique little gem and we love the lake life. We know you and your family will enjoy it as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Sitting by the fireplace at night and star gazing without the light pollution of the city, is amazing. Guests have enjoyed the location, close amenities, ample parking, assortment of activities, etc. From bird watching in winter to find the perfect Snowy Owl to just watching the deer grazing in our yard, the tempo of life matches perfectly to a relaxed individual. Let us know how we can make your next vacation the memories you will cherish.
