The house has a lovely open plan kitchen living area that flows out into the empty front section which is perfect for games, activities, and enjoying the front deck. The kitchen also opens up into the sheltered courtyard area with seating, a BBQ, and lawn space. The house has a seperate TV nook in the main living areas as well as a seperate TV room.

Downstairs is there is a King Bed room in addition to a bunkbed room (with 5 single beds). Upstairs is two bathrooms and three double bedrooms upstairs all with sea views of the gorgeous Omaha Bay.

The front section is perfect for kids to run around on, and the beach is a one minute walk away. Once on the beach, Omaha superette, the surf club and surf swimming flags are 4-5 min walk away.

There are plenty of activities in close vicinity including golf, mountain biking, wine tours, scenic walks, fishing, diving, and plenty of room to relax. The host is happy to help you with finding any of these activities or for any other advice on activities in the local area.

This is a family home located in a quiet and respectful area of Omaha. The house has permanent neighbours who must be respected with regards to noise coming from the house. The house therefore has a strict no parties, no gatherings, and no excessive noise rules to respect the surrounding community.

The best place

We stayed here Easter weekend, the house is so lovely and has incredible amenities. So close to the beautiful beach, outstanding sunrises and close to everything. We loved it here!

Perfect for a group

We loved this property - massive lawn out the front for the kids to play, super short walk to the beach, multiple living spaces plus very cool and airy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect relaxed seaside getaway

We loved staying at this property, the access to the beach was wonderful, plenty of different spaces for everyone. Ideal for large groups and different families as there is space to spread out. Quiet and relaxing

A lovely big house that easily accommodated our family group of 9. Well situated on the beach front at Omaha. Very hard to improve on house, facilities and location. Would recommend and happily rebook.

Great Beach House

We throughly enjoyed our stay, amazing location, with all the amenities you need and a beautiful modern beach house to top it all off! This house made for a great weekend getaway with friends but would also be perfect for families. We never wanted to leave!
