From decor to location to comfort, this place hits all the marks! My brother wants us to stay with him next time, but we’re thinking we don’t want to miss out on this place. LOVE it! Walking distance to food and coffee, mountain views, lovely, clean, quiet neighborhood, and the place is new and beautiful. Lovely courtyard, private back porch, grill, and lovely kitchen. And thank you for having a Keurig! Host is friendly and accessible. We totally scored!

Beautiful and serene

This property was perfect for us! Neat, fully equipped, and quiet! The unit faces an inner courtyard, rather than the street. Covered parking for shade. Lovely patio for morning coffee, bed was super comfortable. Near lots of restaurants and services. Tastefully decorated. And Maria was an absolute delight to deal with. Quick to respond to text, super welcoming. No question about it, we will stay there again the next time we visit Phoenix! Thank you, Maria for such a delightful stay!

Lovely condo in a great location.

The Arcadia Lite condo is furnished with everything you’ll need for a relaxing getaway. It is decorated beautifully and is updated. The owner is easy to communicate with and a great hostess. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance along Indian School road. I’d highly recommend The Vig on 40th Street, just off Indian School, for brunch on the weekend. It has a fantastic outdoor terrace. Also, there’s a good walking route going the opposite direction on 40th, towards Camelback.

A great property!

I really enjoyed staying at Maria's condo. It looks exactly like the photos. Every amenity that you would need is ready and waiting for you. We were staying in Phoenix to see our daughter's swim meet. It was super easy to drive to anyplace (to and from the airport especially). However, what we really enjoyed was the ability to walk to a number of restaurants within 15 minutes or less. Sip Coffee and Beer Garage and Doughbird were particularly fun. We also enjoyed being able to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out. The bed is very comfortable. The complex was super quiet and I only saw (or heard) one neighbor during our stay. Maria's communication was prompt and very informative. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect condo getaway!

Maria’s condo was just perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated, located in an area with stores, restaurants and parks close by. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and felt very safe. Maria is very friendly and helpful if you need anything.

A great place to stay!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Arcadia condo and had a great time! We had no plans or expectations while we were in Arizona, except to relax, and we were able to do just that!!! We would recommend this HomeAway for several reasons... the location was great, just a short 10-20 min drive to lots of places... we enjoyed going to TopGolf and walking around in Old Scottsdale. The condo had a pool, was close to shopping and some great restaurants. These are all the amenities we were looking for! Maria was a fabulous hostess, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The area was very safe and family friendly! Throughout the process of renting our first HomeAway, Maria was a huge help and responded to my questions right away... we will definitely be making another trip to Pheonix!

Clean, modern, comfortable, great location

A nice, quiet, dark bedroom with a comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. The kitchen has all that you need, including many staples for cooking. The Midcentury Modern complex itself is quiet, and a covered parking space comes with the rental. A very nice pool for laps or sunbathing. A tidy back patio as well a couple of Adirondack chairs out front. As far as the location, it can't be beat, with numerous places within a five-minute (or less) walk, most notably Essence Bakery Cafe, one of the jewels of the neighborhood, as well as La Grande Orange, Postino, and Ingo's Tasty Food. Also within walking distance: Chicago Hamburger Company and Pie Snob, the best dessert pie maker in Phoenix. This is a great rental unit for short or long stays. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend

The property was very clean and is a perfect spot to rent if you are going to spring training games. Most parks are less then a half hour drive away. As we were arriving late Maria left us coffee and a new pot for the morning. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out were seamless.

Location location location

We enjoyed the condo it was clean updated and in a quiet area. My husband and I spent 5 weeks here and found the accommodations and location to be comfortable as well as convenient. We would rent from Maria again if we should return to Phoenix.

It's Truly A Home Away From Home!

What a treat! The condo is absolutely wonderful and you'll feel at home the minute you walk in! Maria has thought of everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. My husband and I picked this condo because we once lived in the area and have family near. It was fun to see how things have changed over the years. There are many things to do in this area. We attended the Barrett Jackson Auction, visited the Phoenix Zoo, the Odysea Aquarium and even took a day hike in search of the elusive Salt River Wild Horses. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. Malls, theaters and grocery stores are a short drive from the condo. Because the location is central it makes this an ideal location, giving you easy access to the highway systems. I would highly recommend this Condo!

Great location and beautiful condo.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The décor is very pleasant, it is clean, and it is well equipped. As we told Maria "She is the best." If we need accommodations in that area again we will certainly seek to book this unit again.

My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have a beautiful 10 year-old son and a sweet little rescue dog named Wesley. We love going off-roading and exploring the desert in our Jeep, walking the dog, and going for family bike rides. We also enjoy trying out new restaurants all over town (so many great choices!), and going for hikes when the weather is cooler. I believe in being involved in my community, and on Tuesdays I volunteer delivering meals to homebound seniors. I do work full-time as a real estate broker, but I get to set my own schedule, which gives me time for volunteering, and picking up and dropping off my little boy from school.

I've been selling real estate since 2005, and I can honestly say I've seen it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly. So when I came across this condo, I knew I had found a gem. For starters, you can't beat the location. Arcadia is "HOT"! Some of the area's most popular restaurants and bars are within walking distance to this condo. Old Town Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away, as is the airport and downtown Phoenix. The condo is close to great shopping (Biltmore Shopping Center & Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall), resorts, hiking, downtown Phoenix, Spring Training facilities, freeways, etc. Not only is the location fantastic, the condo itself is beautiful! This was an opportunity I couldn't pass up, so I bought it!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love the mid-century modern architecture of this condo with all the units facing a lush green courtyard. And who can resist a red front door! Sitting on the couch, you can look out onto the courtyard, and feel a nice breeze coming in from the back patio when the sliding door is open. There's lots of natural light coming into the unit. I especially love the fact that this condo is made of solid block and is all on 1 level with no neighbors above or below. Believe me, that's very hard to find in a condo! Despite being in the middle of everything, there is no road noise and the condo is very quiet and relaxing. I can't wait to share our condo with you!
