The first level of this exquisite home is your gateway to entertainment. The recreation room features a pool table, shuffleboard, and an arcade, perfect for all ages. A convenient kitchenette allows you to grab a cold drink or snack between games. Step outside to discover the private heated pool and hot tub, where summer days give way to starry nights. Fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue, and relax at the tiki bar for evening fun. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

On the second level, choose from seven King En Suites, each featuring private deck access and stunning ocean views. A Twin Bunk En Suite offers the perfect space for kids, allowing parents to unwind with peace of mind. A conveniently located washer and dryer add to your stay.

**Metamorphoseas is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Place is fantastic. One suggestion. Adding a second router for the WiFi at the third level. The TV was buffering a lot when going through the WiFi.

This is a more negative review I’m sorry. The check in was easy and timely. They emailed and texted everything to enter the home. The location was Awesome and convenient to the beach. The oool was huge and surrounding deck amazing. The views were spectacular from outside- with the windows and sliders- you could not see out of them bc of the dirt and grime- we bought stuff to clean them. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, and plates, but there was not a lot of cups, the refrigerators are small for the amount of people the home holds. There were no baking sheets at all- I just wish we had brought more stuff instead of having to buy stuff to cook and make dinners. We bought solo cups to assist in the shortage with the cup situation- just annoying stuff more then anything. The house is big and is an ideal location- but it has not been kept up and had a lot of issues we shared with the rental company. We had disabled ppl with us- the home was dirty, lots of stuff didn’t work, we had one washing machine for 22 people- just a lot of little unexpected things. I would not recommend renting this home for the price you pay. I think our expectations were higher. The home was not clean- floors dirty cobwebs and bugs in all corners of home, several clogged drains and faucets or appliances that did not work, smoke detectors indicating low battery (beeped all night long) just lots of little things. The company however was perfect and we still had a great week.

This house was large enough for our family, but it was very dirty. When you spend this much money on a rental you expect it to be clean at least. The view of the ocean would have been beautiful if we could have seen out of the windows. The pool was full of sand and the hot tub water was gross. I called to complain and was told the pool guy would be there on Wednesday. We arrived on Saturday and the information about the house stated that the hot tub would be cleaned on Saturday before our arrival. The pool deck was full of sand and the chairs had spider webs. Inside the house was also dirty. Hair balls were flying around and we had to constantly sweep them up. The closet where the a/c was located was full of dust. We had to wash most of the dishes because they were put away dirty. The house had two washing machines, but one was broken. I called the day we arrived, but it was never fixed. I then sent a text message about the washer and it went unanswered. We had to do with one washing machine for 21 people!

Metamorphoseas is fantastic. It is close to everything and just steps from the beach, with a beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed every day. The house is spacious and well laid out, with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large family or group. That said, we noticed there were several areas that did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed the home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped—there was visible dust and dirt along the baseboards, light fixtures and the toilets needed more attention. The back porch off the main family room had spiderwebs, and we found dirty dishes put away in the cabinets. There was also leftover trash, including a used sunblock bottle on the patio, cigarette butts in the outdoor showers, and even an empty juice box tucked away in a closet.The bath towels were low quality—rough and thin, more like what you’d expect at a budget motel. One of the washing machines had visible mold inside, which was concerning. The kitchen, while spacious, was missing several basics like serving bowls, large trays, and cookie sheets, making it hard to prepare group meals. Additionally, guests staying in the guest house were without hot water from Wednesday until Friday afternoon, which significantly impacted their experience. Kees Vacation did their best to resolve it, but it took over 2 days.The property itself is great; however, it would benefit from more thorough cleaning and better stocking of essentials.

Great house in Coroll

This house is a great house for large families and/or friends. When you get to the third floor the view of the ocean is exquisite with windows lining the dining room and great room. The huge sectional allowed for all of us to be together in the great room. We also loved having some bedrooms that were separate from the main house. Great furnishings and nicely decorated.

Great house! Lacking touches.

This house was HUGE and the perfect size for our group of 19! Although the property was nice and had lots of cool features, it was lacking in the personal touches that we are used to from rentals. We had to bring our own beach towels…which sucks when you’re flying in. We also had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc for our stay. Some of this was provided, but not near enough for our group. And the weird shrink wrapped bath towel sets were interesting too. We loved Outer Banks, and would definitely recommend a summer stay…LOTS of activities and restaurants were closed when we were there in March. They won’t heat the pool in March either, which was disappointing. Overall, great property and great location!…just know that it’s managed by a company doing hundreds of homes I am sure and do not expect any nice personal touches.

Good property- needs better cleaning

The house was really nice, the only problem was cleaning. It was not as clean as expected. You can see dust on windows and bed head boards etc. the other issue was pool, I understand it was closed for the season, but there was trash floating in the pool. I reached out to the property manager and they said since it off season they won’t clean it. It just made the view look really bad. They should cover the pool in off season.

Amazing Church Marriage Retreat Stay

Our Church group stayed at the Metamorphoseas for a marriage retreat weekend. We had an amazing time. The communication with Ms. Dottie was second to none. She took care of all our needs and responded immediately to the smallest of requests. The view and location was spectacular! Thank you Ms. Dottie and the Kees staff for an Amazing stay.

AMAZING

It lives up to its name; its everything you expect and more. Perfect for friends and family that want to enjoy the good vibes that staying together brings; but the space provides enough room for privacy or some solo time. The dining table is absolutely fabulous for breaking bread with fam/friends while enjoying the perfect views of the beach/water. Wake to view the breath taking sunrises....trust me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I don’t know where to start.We drove from NY reached at 2 am the check in day. The house reeked right when we opened the door.. there was sand everywhere and a bad stench all over. 2. We checked the rooms on the second floor as we were dead tired and just wanted some sleep the sheets were crumpled wrinkled with hair on pillows ..clearly the rooms weren’t done and someone had slept in there .. no lights working in 2 rooms… we were not given access to 4 bedrooms for the first three days as they needed a special code and that was not given to us ! There were no comforters.. as we made our way to the laundry area there was a big bunch of blankets thrown on the floor! We went to the third floor to get some milk warmed up for the lil one and we open the dish washer .. it had dishes with food in it ..wet greasy food on the plates ..it was full of things which made us vomit literally! Pots pans were lying on the counter.The sink drain had food in it. We had to clean the dishes and start the dishwasher at 4 am! so that we could use that space and the kids could eat ! So after driving 10 hours we were cleaning kitchen n loading dishwashers! Made our way to masters bedroom and it had makeup kits and used tooth brush tooth paste etc lying around! This room has no curtains! The hi point though was that there was atleast a hundred flies in that house!They didn’t let us sleep eat sit even! they were buzzing all through the day and night .. we bought fly catchers fly squatters electronic fly killers just to get rid of them ..will attach pics of the flies we liked during our horrible stay .. THERE WAS NO SOAP in the house .. which they never provided through our stay Soap dispensers were glued in on day 3 with no soap.. we bought soap too Cold water ! The pool which was not covered had dead flies insects and also a cute crab in it! The hot tub which they promised they would open for us was sealed off and could not be used obviously! So since none of us got any sleep the first day we called mngmt the next day regarding the issues ..they said they will get someone there ‘when they can’ ..no one showed up by 5 pm we called back and then this guy said since it’s late they can’t do anything about it and he left us in the same mess .. no help at all! Nothing 9. Day 3 we called Ms Shelby of KEES who was rude sarcastic downright mean had a I don’t care a f*** attitude did not help us at all She didn’t even come see what was wrong. We left 1 day early!
