Located right on the water front and have direct access to the lake! Boat dock

available for guests to use to sunbathe, swim, and enjoy water sports. A slip

for a boat can be made available by prior agreement and for a small extra fee.

There are several marinas close by where boat rentals are available and if you

prefer to have a captain do the driving we can connect you to a charter

company who can arrange to pick you and your party up on the dock for a day of

fun on the lake.

Located very close to the Steiner Steak House and The Oasis restaurants, The

Rock House Bar and Food Truck Court, and a 1 minute drive from Randalls and a

liquor store. Right outside the neighborhood entrance, about 400 yards are

Jim's Smokehouse BBQ Trailer and El Bajio Mexican Food Trailer. Jim's is some

of the best BBQ you have ever had and El Bajio is a really solid taco stand

for breakfast or lunch! Lakeway is just a few minutes down the road - about 5

miles - and there are dozens of good restaurants and bars.

**Save yourself the shopping time and get into the lake sooner.**

At Lakefront on Lake Travis, we offer grocery concierge service with a store

choice of HEB (locally owned in Texas) Randall’s (part of the Safeway chain)

or Whole Foods Market (natural foods grocer), for an 18% fee. You email us

your specific grocery list for your store of choice one week in advance and we

shop the day you arrive, placing your items in the fridge, freezer or kitchen,

just before your check in time. We can shop for meat, seafood, produce,

alcohol and all aisles in between.

kitchen and master bedroom, USB wall charges/surge protector with 3 USB ports

and USCB port plus 5 AC outlets in every bedroom and living room.

We are in a neighborhood and have homes close by on either side. Music louder

than normal speaking volume or other loud sounds / parties are not allowed

outdoors after 10:00 PM in order to be respectful of our neighbors.

Nice house but poorly maintained

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the worst by far in terms of its cleanliness and maintenance. The floors were not clean, there was owner’s property everywhere in drawers, under the beds and even underwear in the dryer. None of the closets were available; all were locked. The oven was filthy and needed to be cleaned; there was baked-on food all over the oven. There were no instructions available for setting the programmable thermostats and the main thermostat couldn’t be set higher than 73. Neither thermostat could be set to hold a temperature; both reverted to owner’s temperature settings twice a day. There were many food items left in the refrigerator (there were two refrigerators), one of which was frozen up. The deck is great with a beautiful view of Lake Travis and the dam, but is so in need of repair that we wondered if it would fall. One of the home automation devices kept announcing that its battery was low. Scott, the property manager was always available quickly via text and most accommodating. He was a bright spot in our experience. All in all, we had a nice Thanksgiving with family, but we felt as if the owner had just left for a few days for us to stay there and would be back at any time. That didn’t happen, but it was an uncomfortable situation.

Awesome Weekend

We had such an amazing weekend at this house. The host was extremely accommodating and the property was fantastic. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck, relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views as well as enjoying the sun on the floating dock. They helped us rent a boat that picked us up right from the dock and spent an afternoon enjoying the lake. Even the neighbors were great and took us on their boat one day as well. All around a fabulous time and we can't wait to come back.

Fantastic house with amazing lake view

Our party had an incredible time at this house, enjoying the spacious living area and amazing deck. We also really enjoyed the dock access for swimming and having morning coffee by the lake. A short drive to all kinds of fun (we spent time at the Oasis, and also rented a boat one day) and an easy trip downtown. I highly recommend renting this place!
