The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the treetops as you look out toward the mountains, the landscape quiet under a fresh layer of snow. After a day exploring Whistler’s slopes or forested trails, you can slip into the hot tub as the cold air rises around you or settle inside by the crackling stone fireplace while the evening drifts in. This three-level chalet offers a warm and welcoming retreat within easy reach of Whistler Village, Lost Lake, and the nearby lifts.



Sleeping arrangements

White Gold Chalet accommodates up to eight guests with a layout designed for comfort and flexibility. The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, forest-view balcony, and an ensuite with a tub and shower combo. A dedicated office nearby includes a queen sofa sleeper for additional space. On the main level, one bedroom features a tri-bunk and ensuite shower, while another has a king split that can be arranged as a king or two twins, also with an ensuite. A den with a queen bed and adjoining ensuite provides further room for guests, and a media room with a sofa bed and a nearby powder room completes the home’s sleeping options.



Living spaces

The main living area is anchored by vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and a rounded-stone fireplace that creates a cozy setting for winter evenings. A sectional and two La-Z-Boy chairs offer space to unwind after your outdoor adventures, and the adjoining dining area seats eight with views toward the surrounding forest. A hanging chair on the balcony invites you to breathe in the crisp alpine air, and the media room provides additional comfort with games, puzzles, and relaxed seating.



Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare shared meals after a day in the snow. A bar area connects seamlessly to the dining table, making it easy to enjoy slow mornings or gather for après-ski meals before settling in by the fire.



Outdoor living

The large balcony and back garden offer peaceful spaces throughout the winter season. The hot tub provides a soothing spot surrounded by the quiet of the trees, and outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill add flexibility for year-round use. Guests also have access to secure bike storage, a bike wash station, and a driveway with room for four vehicles.



Comforts & essentials

The chalet includes Wi-Fi, heating, an indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, portable fans, a safe, and all essentials such as bed linens, towels, and bathroom basics. Self check-in with a smart lock adds convenience for your arrival.



Neighborhood

Situated near forest paths and the Valley Trail, the home places you within walking distance of Whistler Village and the lifts, along with access to shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle. With skiing, snow-covered trails, and inviting indoor spaces for fireside evenings, this chalet offers a comfortable base for winter stays in Whistler.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the residence, including 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A spacious driveway provides parking for four vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

White Gold is a peaceful residential neighbourhood just north of Whistler Village. It offers quick driving access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, and is close to Lost Lake Park and the Valley Trail for year-round outdoor activities. Ideal for guests seeking a quiet stay near nature and the village.



Getting Around:

• 25-minute walk to Whistler Village Gondola

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Nesters Market

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the nearest golf course

• 30-minute walk or 9-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 3-minute walk along Nancy Green Drive/Fitzsimmons Road South to the nearest public bus stop



Other Things to Note:

• Tenant in the guest suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in an attached suite (door on right up the flight of stairs) with no access to the main home. Please note that there is a reserved parking spot exclusively for the tenant in the attached suite. This parking spot is not available for guest use.

• Stairs. The main entrance to the home is up 20 stairs from the driveway and is the only way to access the home. Guests with mobility issues are recommended to choose an alternative vacation rental home.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
