Things to Know

Tenant in the guest suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in an attached suite (door on right up the flight of stairs) with no access to the main home. Please note that there is a reserved parking spot exclusively for the tenant in the attached suite. This parking spot is not available for guest use.
Stairs. The main entrance to the home is up 20 stairs from the driveway and is the only way to access the home. Guests with mobility issues are recommended to choose an alternative vacation rental home.
No air conditioning. Please note there is no air conditioning in this vacation rental. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
