Exceptional Beachfront Living - Milord Sunsets

Experience all that luxury beach living has to offer at Milord Sunsets. Located on Barbados' coveted West Coast in Fitts Village, this newly-renovated villa includes modern amenities with a relaxed feel. From the moment you step foot in the entrance, views of the sparkling sea and soft ocean breezes invite you to stop, slow down, and enjoy.

Each of the three bedrooms opens up to views of the Caribbean Sea with their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and flat-screen television. The main floor bedroom opens onto the terrace whereas the two upper bedrooms share a covered patio with comfortable seating to relax and view the spectacular sunsets. On this level, there is a bonus room that can be used as an additional lounging/sleeping area.
The main living space includes an additional full bathroom, open-concept kitchen and dry bar, air-conditioned dining area, and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of books to keep your company. The kitchen includes a new stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a five-burner gas stove. The bar area contains a generous wine/beverage fridge. The outside terrace invites you to dine al fresco at the covered table, sunbathe on one of six loungers, or cool off in the plunge pool. Walk along the tranquil beach and swim in the turquoise water just outside your gate, water shoes recommended. The villa also includes private parking which can accommodate one car.

Included in your stay is a housekeeper/cook who will prepare delicious breakfasts and lunches six days a week. Ingredients for these meals will be at the guests' expense. If you do decide to leave this little slice of heaven, there are numerous dining options, many within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. Barbados' West Coast offers up some of the finest dining you will find across the globe! Many other activities such as scuba diving, golf, horseback riding and surfing are just a short drive away.

Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Milord Sunsets! KaySha is a wonderful cook and housekeeper. It was a true blessing to have her around everyday. The house was perfect for our 4 kids (8, 12, 15, 15). The location was perfect - easy drive to Holetown for groceries and anything you need. Walking distance to small grocery Jordan’s. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. It was clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We used the paddle board and kayaks and saw fish, coral, and turtles within 10 yards of the shore outside the home. There were multiple security features that made the home feel secure, even though we never felt like safety was a concern during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. One thing to note, as I had never encountered this particular situation, that while the listing says "breakfast and lunch provided", they mean a delightful housekeeper/chef, but the guest is required to purchase the food. The company has grocery packages available for purchase or you can shop at a few local stores. Overall it was a lovely stay and great for a family with young kids.

Best Barbados trip ever

The whole experience was top notch. The house is stunning with all the amenities you would ever need. Kaisha and Grace and June we so delightful that we miss them already. Just wish we could be back in that ocean with the warm waters and Kaishas chicken curry

There are many amazing things to say about this villa. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and walking distance from a local market. We had the pleasure of having Kaysha as our housekeeper and she was the best! The selling point for me is having a perfect view of the sunset every night. We will be back!

Great Time

Everything was as advertised, location was amazing with the ocean literally right at the back doorstep. We were no more than 10 minutes from nice shopping and restaurants in Holetown. Andrea and Kaysha were both very responsive whenever anything came up.

Great Views; Unprivate, and Noisy, However

The views are amazing, and the staff are lovely. The house is feet from Highway 1 and very noisy. The property also is unprivate - located next to a vacant lot that serves as a public boat launch, and we were solicited for tourist stuff by passersby during the day. The pool wasn't working when we arrived- not a huge deal - but disappointing if you are traveling with children. The house is a bit cluttered and outdated, and is not comparable to others for its price point. The entrance is a bit hazardous to enter and leave with a vehicle, so not ideal if you will be coming and going throughout the day. One shower shoots water out of the stall and onto the floor, but if those details don't matter to a guest, also not a huge deal. We were disappointed with the villa, but that's a matter of personal opinion. It could be a fine spot for a bunch of guys who prioritize being out and about and relaxing on the beautiful patio when home. Not a very comfortable spot to spend a lot of time in though. Most of these comments reflect personal preferences, so you might just love it.

Warm & Welcoming

The place is warm and welcoming, a perfect stay for a girls trip or a family get together. I love the idea of every room having a view of the beach as well as a bathroom in each bedroom. The pool size is more for relaxation and not for swimming. But all in all the property is breathtaking.

Can't say enough great things! Kaysha the house manager and our lady majesty (local outdoor cat) were the cherries on top to our stay! Bring water shoes as you are on a reef. But walk 2 houses down to access sandy beaches. Makes for great lounging and even better snorkeling, we saw turtles everyday! Will definitely be back again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Milord Sunset! Maj was the best company. Kaysha made the best food! Amazing time at Milord Sunsets! We will miss waking up in the morning to the beautiful ocean and getting greeted by Maj, the cutest cat ever. Thanks to Kaysha for cooking us wonderful meals & smiles. Mainly coral/rocks outside for snorkeling, but you can access sandy areas further along from the villa outside the local bar/restaurant, Bikini Beach. Great service, cocktails, and food there too. We loved the paddle board and kayaks, added an extra element to our stay. Also appreciated snorkels and beach shoes available for use. Our chef Grace was lovely and cooked amazing meals to suit our different needs, and also tidied the villa. Very easy going and helpful. My fussy daughter even enjoyed chicken curry for the first time in her life! And the delicious pumpkin fritters went down a real treat at breakfast. I only eat fish and veg, so Grace catered for that while also balancing burgers for the teens. Great host in a lovely spot. Not a huge number of places to eat on foot, so you really will be glad you have a chef for two meals a day! Thanks Grace for your warm hospitality.

We had the most amazing time at Milord Sunsets, from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Kaysha to the time we left everything was perfect. The villa is spacious and well equipped, nothing is left wanting. The sea couldn't be any closer, lapping up the beach to the back gate where you can stand on the soft sand and watch turtles swim by. There is a fabulous large 1st floor balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or for watching the sun go down. There's private secure off road parking where you are minutes from great restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly and you can't help slipping into the lovely relaxed way of life. Thank you for such a memorable stay, I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did.

Milford Sunsets Review

This is a great property. You cannot get any closer to the beach or the ocean. Lots of loungers and a plunge pool make it the perfect place to spend the day. You can walk the beach for about 15 minutes each way as long as it is not high tide. I would suggest water shoes to get in and out of the water out front as it is a little rocky. Ocean is gorgeous so worth the effort. House is well stocked, very comfortable, well maintained and VERY clean. It has all the amenities you can want or need. You will need a car to get to the many restaurants and shops in the Holetown. We will definately be back to this property.
