Situated on the 15th tee of the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and just a short stroll to Route 6A, this freestanding home has it all.
Enjoy modern amenities including central AC, a gas fireplace, radiant heat in both bathrooms, new carpeting in the downstairs bedrooms, Pergo floors in the living room, and maple hardwood upstairs. The completely renovated kitchen features new appliances and a full-size washer/dryer. Other highlights include a tankless gas hot water heater, expanded patio, all-new windows and doors, digital thermostats, renovated bathrooms, mounted flat-screen TVs, and a whole-house generatorâeverything you need for a memorable Cape Cod vacation.
Sleeping accommodations include queen-size beds in both the primary and secondary bedrooms, with the primary offering an ensuite bath. An enclosed lofted area provides two full-size beds and a cozy living space, perfect for family or guests.

-Daily: $25 per adult | $10 per child (ages 6â15)
-Weekly: $80 per adult | $40 per child(Children 5 and under do not require a pass)
Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis & Pickleball fees:
-Fletcher $20/hour per court | Bay Pines $24/hour per court.
Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
