Luxurious, freestanding Patio Home in Ocean Edge, located on the golf course with all the bells and whistles!!!

This outstanding end unit Patio home at the Ocean Edge Resort located on Susanna Drive, features a completed second floor adding about 500 sq. ft. of living space to the condo. Located on the 15th tee on the Jack Nicolaus designed golf course, but only a short stroll to Route 6A. This patio home is free standing.
This outstanding Ocean Edge home has it all: Central AC, gas fireplace, radiant heat in both bathrooms. There is also new carpeting in the downstairs bedrooms, Pergo floors in the living room and maple hardwood upstairs. A completely renovated kitchen with new appliances including full size washer/dryer. This property features a tankless gas hot water heater, expanded patio, all new windows and doors. It also has digital thermostats, completely renovated bathrooms, mounted flat screen TV's and a whole house generator. This home will make your Cape Cod vacation memorable.
Both the primary and secondary bedrooms feature a queen size bed in each. With the primary bedroom also having an en-suit. This property has an enclosed lofted are that has two full size beds and a living room area.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season & offer valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). Just by booking with us, you'll receive free ticketsâevery day of your stayâto top activities like:

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided.
Travel Insurance is available upon request.
