Make your way up the charming front steps and into this stunning historic home via the smart keyless lock where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings, and space for the whole family to spread out and make yourself at home.

Relax in the sun-filled living area with large sofas and two reclining armchairs offering room for everyone to sit together and watch all your favorite TV shows and movies on the large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to streaming apps.

Step through into an open, gourmet kitchen with a sleek design and stainless steel appliances that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven with a cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee machine, an abundance of stylish dinnerware and cookware, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
