Från entrén kan du se rakt igenom lägenheten till din privata, vidsträckta balkong på 11: e våningen och den hisnande Mexikanska golfen. Förutom ett matbord inkluderar din balkong en liten sittgrupp för dig att njuta av dina eftermiddagar. Från din balkong kommer din utsikt att sträcka sig från viken hela vägen tillbaka över Destin resorts frodiga grönska.

Köket är fullt utrustat med frukostbar. Du hittar också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bästa bekvämlighet.

Det stora sovrummet har en lyxig king size-säng, plattskärms HDTV, DVD-spelare, och sovrummet har vackert kakelarbete, en bubbelpool och en duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har våningssängar med en drottning som drar ut.

Tidvattnet är en del av Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort som är smack dab mitt i 52 vackert anlagda tunnland gränsar till Mexikanska golfen och av Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! Det finns 600 fot privata sandiga vita stränder. Det finns massor av saker att göra här, med dagtidens aktiviteter och nattliv i angränsande Sandestin och andra noterade samhällen i väster och en naturskydd för tysthet och ensamhet i öster. Tops'l ger det bästa från båda världar.

Vid tidvattnet kommer du att ha många underbara bekvämligheter som gratis trådlöst internet, privat, uppvärmd tidvattenpool, community grillar, basket, putt-putt, naturstigar och många barnprogram. Dessutom ligger tops'l hill naturskydd på en nationell historisk registerplats (bredvid strandgården på tops'l resort) där USA-militären testade fångade tyska v2 buzz-bomb-raketer där 1944.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

Great Place to stay!

This condo was very nice, everything was great! Location is perfect an amenties (putt, putt, shufflefboard, tennis) were great for the kids. Would definately rent again!

Beaches! Convenience!

We love the ability to get a good fish sandwich at the grill on the way to the beach, take a long walk on the endless empty beaches of the bird preserve next door, and stop for a cool swim in the pool at the end of the day!

Great Spring Break

We loved the tides and the condo! Great activities for kids and the restaurant by the pool has great food and drinks. It's our third time staying at the Tides and we will be back. It's close to shopping and restaurants but off the beaten path so you don't feel overwhelmed with too many people!

Relaxing space with a gorgeous view

1108 is a spacious condo that easily accommodated me, my husband and our two young kids. The view was the best part for me- the bunk beds were my kids’ favorite. Great location - super close to the elevator. The pool area was well maintained and was very peaceful.

Nice Stay

This condo is everything described. All of the accommodations are wonderful but the balcony size and view tops everything. The facility was very clean and all appliances were modern and up to date. The complex was very well maintained and the pools were great. The beach was a little crowded and Destin traffic can be a problem but not enough to spoil the stay.

Great vacation!

I booked this room last minute. Owners responded quickly and were super nice. Condo was exactly like pictures. Very clean and everything needed was there...even soap and dishwasher tabs. Beautiful, large deck..kids loved eating put there. We WILL be booking again! Thanks!

Fantastic Accommodations

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything was in perfect working order and CLEAN. We have stayed at several condos in the Tides building and this one was our favorite. The overall cleanliness, updates and response from the property management exceeded our expectations. The view was gorgeous and we loved the oversized patio. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower was incredible. We highly recommend this condo and we can’t wait to return.

Excellent Stay at Tides 1108

I recently stayed at the condo at unit 1108 in the Tides building in San Destin. This condo was maintained very nicely, very clean, and had a great view. Everything was as advertised and how it looked in the pictures for the unit. The owner, Fred, was extremely nice and professional and even called us during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay at the same unit if we make future plans in the San Destin area.

Family Fun!

This was our first time to the area and we were not disappointed. The condo was great and matched the photos. We enjoyed access to the beach, pool and amenities. We even played pickle ball for our first time. Things will would suggest but would not keep me from coming back is update info on the check in process, provide more information on amenities and surrounding things to do, and provide more info on renting beach chairs. The condo was missing blow dryers based on the description of the condo, but we made due. Overall a great vacation.

Great Condo

The property was very nice. It has a nice pool deck. We loved being on the beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen & living room area were nice & updated. The sofa has been replaced. It in not the sea foam color in the pics, but it was still nice. The bedrooms could use some updates but they are comfortable. The best part is the balcony. It is very large and has a great view of the ocean. Excellent for morning coffee and evenings. Defiantly plan to visit again.

Wonderful Dec 2021 Holiday Week

Wow! Where to begin. Starting with communication w/Fred, the owner. We were originally coming down from Wed to Wed but we waited too long to reserve (day of), so it pushed to Thursday. We were going to do a hotel, but a quick response from Fred allowed us to check in that Wednesday. Awesome! Place is beautiful. 24 hour secure community. 11th floor with beautiful views of the ocean. Every day was sunny. Unit was very well updated with nice furniture and a wonderful family sized kitchen table. Short walk to the beach and two pools. My crazy kids went in the pool (even as cold it was) and had a blast. The balcony is huge and we had a number of our breakfasts there. Plenty of room in the unit and a neat bunk bed w/trundle for kids. Great location. We hadn't been to Miramar Beach but it was nicely situated between plenty of restaurants and shopping in both directions. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again.

Great Condo

My family and I stayed in this condo in March of this year and were very pleased with the accomodations. The best part of this unit is the view of the ocean. Honestly the actual views are better than the photos. In addition the outdoor balconly is enormous and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The unit itself was totally remodeled and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the basics you would need to enjoy your trip. The master bedroom and attached master bath were spacious and well maintained. The guest bedroom also has an attached bathroom and is once again in perfect shape. I have enjoyed renting several units on VRBO over the years and this was one of my favorites. The condo has an outdoor pool with ocean views and a full service bar/lunch resteraunt on the premises. The beach is literally steps away and there was a Cabana stand where you could rent chairs and umbrellas for $30 per day. I would highly recommend renting a beach chair and cabanna. The condo is within a gated community that is very safe and well maintained. The beach wide and spacious and not particularly crowded when compared to some of the other beaches we visited. The condo doesn't include usage of the onsite fitness center within the community, but I did find a local gym down the street that allowed me to pay per day to use their facilities. Overall I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. This would be an excellent location for a family reunion or even a small family that just wants to get away from everything for a few days. The condo is close enough to Destin to enjoy all of the various activities, but far enough away to avoid some of the massive crowds. I can honestly say I have no complaints about this unit. I also appreciated the fact that this property manager accepted electronic payments via the VRBO website. In my opinion this electronic payment process is much more user friendly and safer than sending a check via the mail.

Not clean, owner unresponsive.

Unfortunately, I have to review this property as a one star because of the situation with the owner and the unacceptable condition of the condo upon arrival. When we arrived, the condo was not clean. Dirty dishes were placed in dirty cabinets. The walking areas of the floor were dusty and the corners were dirty. The shelving (especially the wicker) in the bathrooms was disgusting. It seemed like the condo had been cleaned some time ago and it was clear that no one checked on it before we arrived. Further, a deeper clean hadn't been done in way too long. I spent much of the first evening cleaning the essentials. I washed all the dishes in the cabinets and washed them out. I didn't clean everything. The next day, I did a load of laundry. Some of our clothes were ruined because the machine had been installed incorrectly with the hot water attached to the cold water hose. I emailed the owner about the washing machine and the cleanliness. He ignored my comments about the cleaning. He never offered to send someone to address the rest of the cleaning issues. Someone did come to fix the washer the next day. Unfortunately, it was too late for the clothes that were washed already. After our trip, I emailed the owner that we would like our cleaning fee refunded as the condo was not in acceptable condition upon arrival but that we would not seek reimbursement for our ruined clothes. He responded a few days later that he would only refund our money if the cleaning lady agreed to forfeit her payment. I responded that it was his responsibility as the owner to ensure the condo is clean. He has not responded to this email. It is unacceptable to rent a dirty condo. It is further unacceptable to refuse to stand by the condition of your rental. I would not recommend this condo or this owner under any circumstances. Look for a different unit with a different owner if you want to go to Tops'l. The property is maintained well and maintenance staff is very good. I'm sure there are many other owners who stand by their rentals and deliver a clean product.

Loved it!

Loved the resort. The condo was clean and really well stocked. Very quiet, slept great cause the bed was nice a soft. My husband liked the shower with all the jets and the bathroom were very beautiful. Pool area was nice, if the pool got to crowded we just moved to the tides only pool and it was calmer and included a 1ft baby pool. Beach was clean and you could easily spend a whole day just swimming and playing in the sand. Food from the pool bar was good, but the drinks were great! We also walked down to some other restaurants. Only took about 30ish minutes to get into the harbor at Destin were we had a few excursions. Miramar and Destin were very family friendly with two kids. I wasn’t expecting such a great view, the photos don’t do it justice. It stormed for two days and we could see sooo much! Also the sunset could be viewed, it was perfect for a chill vacation. I hope to come back again in the future.
