This lovely townhouse on Mariner Court is located a short distance to the Private Association Beach on the Cape Cod Bay and just across the way from the Association Pool [pool #9] and Tennis Courts. This home offers three nicely-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, central A/C, and quiet, serene views of the pond. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a comfortable queen bed & flat screen TV. The second bedroom upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds & flat screen TV. The third bedroom is located on the first level and has two twin beds & flat screen TV. The kitchen is renovated with stainless steel appliances and leads to a dining area filled with sunny natural light with seating for six. The natural light filled living room has oversized sofas and a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to a furnished deck overlooking Blueberry Pond pond and the manicured grounds. Other amenities include an outdoor electric grill, washer/dryer, landline phone, and WIFI Internet access. Guests have usage of Beach #2.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
