Family Ski Trip

We stayed here with extended family for a ski trip to Flagstaff. This is one of the best VRBO's that I have ever stayed at! This is one of the few places where the size of the house is actually larger than what the pictures show. Everything was clean, well-stocked, in good shape, and worked properly. No complaints at all.

Polar express quick visit

Perfect home away from home!

We have stayed at this beautiful home two years in a row because we love it so much. It's been decorated nicely for the holidays when we go in December to enjoy the Polar Express, North Pole Experience and Bearizona. It's only a 30 minute drive to all 3 places. The kitchen is very spacious and well-stocked for all of your needs. The children loved the games upstairs and roasting marshmallows in the backyard. They even had 2 pack and plays, a small crib and a cute playpen to utilize. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Amazing

This rental was perfect for a few families to split when we were up in Flagstaff for a soccer tournament. The kids loved the upstairs game room and kids zone and the adults loved having their own private spaces downstairs. Every small detail has been thought of here. So many great amenities. This is truly an outstanding rental. The living space is way larger than it looks in photos.

Grads, Moms and an Old Man’s Birthday

We loved the size, amenities (nothing was left out) and the location. Our daughter graduated from NAU and it was perfect for a family get together. Close to the campus made getting to and from a snap. The only knock would be the garage was left with lots of dirt in it, so sweeping it out was a must. I’d absolutely stay at this property again!

Family Getaway-Great Floor Plan

Large new construction home, nicely decorated and clean. Great floor plan with 2 King size beds on the main floor with attached bathrooms and 1 queen room and another kids room on the upper floor. The arcade games were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again this summer.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed at this beautiful home for our trip to the North Pole Experience and Bearizona. The house was so comfortable and decorated nicely for Christmas. My grandchildren absolutely loved all of the games upstairs in the loft. The location was in a very lovely neighborhood and close to Safeway and lots of shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was missing was a bathroom with a bathtub for bathing little ones. We would definitely book this house again!

Exceeded Expectations

This house was great. Clean, tastefully appointed with everything we needed. If you’ve done enough rentals you’ve run into the property whose description and pictures really overstated the current condition. When you arrive you’re disappointed. That’s not this house. If anything the description is understated. When we arrived it was wow. Look at this place. The property is wonderful. Everything we needed and first class. We had a great time in Flagstaff.

Well appointed home perfect for families.

Really appreciated all the “real” furnishings instead of cheap, uncomfortable, make-do furniture I often find in rental homes. Everything was comfortable with well stocked kitchen. The game room was a huge hit for everyone as well as the large dining table for family board games. This was our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Great location! Several in our party are coffee-lovers and although the home came equipped with a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker, we loved the variety of independent coffee shops available in downtown Flagstaff. We also really appreciated the clearance instructions and communications both in email labels on light switches and printed instructions for TV use. Simple touches that made a big difference when compared to places I’ve been without them.

Luxurious Comfort in Flagstaff

The property is just fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The games upstairs were a hit. The kitchen has everything you could want. The bathrooms were spacious. The entire house was spic and span clean. There is a step up coming in the front door that’s a little hard to see. One of our party tripped coming in while another member fell into the house face first. No injuries, but watch that first step. The tv remote needs new batteries. It was frustrating to determine why the tv was taking so long to load. You don’t go to Flagstaff to watch tv though. The back yard fire pit and the shady front porch are quiet, comfortable spots to enjoy the perfect weather.

This is the one!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property with family from out of state. We love to travel with family and friends, so renting a house usually makes the most sense for us. We've rented in multiple cities and states. I can tell you, this is the absolute best home we've rented. Location: The beautiful scenery is exactly what we were looking for...trees and the epitome of the mountain living experience. Even though it looks and feels like you are away from the bustle of town, you are only minutes from Target, restaurants and other conveniences. There are also amazing national parks within 15-60 minutes (the Grand Canyon is only an hour away). In the winter, Snow Bowl is within 15-20 minutes for skiing, etc. Cleanliness: I have a tendency to be a bit of a germaphobe and clean conscious. This home was the cleanest and most well kept home we've stayed in. There were even towels folded in fancy shapes and roses folded in the toilet paper :). Decor and amenities: The owners spared no expense. They thought of everything in terms if comfort, convenience and aesthetic. Inside of the home is gorgeous and well stocked. There is a welcome basket with goodies and the kitchen is well suited for cooking, if that is your plan (if not there are plenty of restaurants nearby). We did both and had no issues at all. Cookware and even storage containers for leftovers are supplied. I have never rented a home that is so well stocked. The beds are beyond comfortable. I slept better here than on my own mattress. Bedrooms are located on both floors, which accommodates people who might not be able to navigate stairs. The game loft was amazing! The kids spent hours up there playing and laughing. The backyard is beautiful with trees all around and a cozy gas fire pit, which is where we relaxed at the end of our adventures. It's important to know that this area of Flagstaff has a limit on light illuminating the outdoors. It has to remain fairly dark because this is a stargazing area and there can't be light pollution. Bring your telescope! We visit Flagstaff often and I'm so glad we found this gem! This will be our new go-to rental...we'll definitely return!

So amazing especially if you have kids

We came for our boys football tournament at NAU this was the best house for us. The kids got to unwind upstairs play all the games and adults downstairs/out back. Will definitely stay here again! Beds are so comfortable. Communication is top notch.

Wonderful Stay in Flagstaff

I am a person who always travels with their family, and am have stayed at many rental properties over the years. I would recommend this pristine property to anyone wanting to stay in Flagstaff. The home was extremely clean, modern, and the kitchen was well-appointed. There were many small details that added personal touches and were much appreciated after a day of travel. From the easy-to-follow "Book of Rules" to the basket of goodies left on the kitchen island, we felt at home as soon as we walked in. This property is located two minutes from town, and is in a beautiful subdivision. The arcade room upstairs proved to be the life of the party every night for the grandkids. The backyard was also neat and tidy, and plenty of seating to enjoy the fantastic Flagstaff summer weather.

Perfect Home!

Our family of 8, had the perfect stay at this beautiful home! We cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is staying in the Flagstaff area. The photos do not do this property justice, it is so beautiful and spacious - my family had plenty of room in the home & loved the living room couch as well as cooking in the kitchen. We also played corn hole in the backyard and sat by the fire pit at night. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in flagstaff, this is the place to stay!!
