Welcome to this stunning rental, Always Fishing! Waterfront condo in a perfect location with gorgeous views from the back deck! This condo has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The Bayhouse Condominium is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests. Perfect for families and groups looking to fish!
The Space:
Always Fishing! Gorgeous location and views, with a nice peekaboo view of Little Bay from the spacious back deck! Always Fishing has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs along with the living/dining/kitchen with the guest bedroom. The Bayhouse condominium complex is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests.
Another of Always Fishingâs appealing amenities is its kitchenâs appointment of quality appliances and dinnerware. This kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware, mixed drink tumblers, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.
At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, each of the Always Fishingâs bedrooms offer hotel-quality luxurious bedding and the latest in mattress technology, that provides an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day of fishing or coastal exploration in Rockport!
Guest Access:
â This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54.13 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
