This unit is unique with its extra-large circular living room and three private balconies all which have stunning views of the waterway, marina and pool area! You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer and spacious circular living room giving plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Other features include a king bed in the master along with full bath, second bedroom offers a king bed and the living room has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa.

Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 minute drive). The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club located on the Grande Dunes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this rental several times and it never has disappointed. It is always clean and well kept. The manager has always been available if I needed anything. It is so close to some of the best restaurants and attractions. As I told the doorman I will see him again. You couldn't find a better unit to stay at.

The unit was exactly as shown, the location for us was great, nice to have a marina attached so easy to rent jet skis and photon boats. The restaurants and valet service was so nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, unit was nice and for the most part clean. Wasn’t happy about the dust build up by the AC vents. In one room the dust build up on the shades across from the vent was excessive. Also never received a text when the room was ready.

Always a wonderful stay!

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this condo and it has always been amazing. Our favorite part of our stays is being able to watch the boats go up and down the intercoastal.

Luxury style living

We just came home after staying at this luxury condo and I already want to go back. Great views. The layout of the condo is perfect for 2 golfers and plenty of room if you want to bring your spouse. The location is excellent. Seems like everything is close by. Many eateries to choose from. Some great golf courses. Excellent bars and restaurants in the immediate area to catch the game and drink a few beers. The property is immaculate and the staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. The suite has a fully operational kitchen with most of the tools you need if you want to do some food prep. I highly recommend this property and I can't wait to come back!!!

Beautiful Location

Everything was perfect with the place and the location. However, the accuracy of the information was incorrect by VRBO and the Property Manager couldn’t/wouldn’t help with that. The description says there is a private part of the beach with chairs, umbrellas food/beverages and transportation from the hotel. We couldn’t go to the first full day but went on the second day of our vacation. The hotel said that it was the last day - no chairs, umbrellas, food, transportation. I called the Property Manager and they said there was nothing they could do about it and it was on their website that after Oct 1st all that discontinued. I said that I never looked on the Property Managers website because we booked through VRBO. She finally gave me some parking passes but it didn’t really matter because all parking was free after October 1st. We had to buy our own chairs and umbrella and they weren’t cheap although very uncomfortable and after our vacation we had to leave them because we were flying home.
