Very tranquil property know for to be a favorite for bird watchers. Minutes to main beach for relaxation. Tour a submarine or enjoy some of the best eateries around. Or choose to bbq on large deck and soak in the fresh air. A home as clean as they come. Try all water sports or go for scenic bike ride. Many amazing walking trails as well. Plus a dog beach where your dog can run for hours. Plenty of games to play indoor and outdoor.

Fantastic place to stay in Norfolk County

This was the second time I've stayed at this property. The house is kept exceptionally clean, and there are a lot of homey touches. The bed I slept in was comfortable, and the kitchen is really well outfitted. This would be a great place to stay for a family, or for a group of friends. There are two separate living areas which are both comfortable to hang out in.

Awesome place!

The house had everything we needed. It was easy to check in. House was nicely decorated with a lake theme. Very clean and only 5 minute walk to Lake Erie. Beautiful deck. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Wonderful place to get away. Highly recommend!!

Best vacation ever.

Was peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. Thankyou so much Gerry for your kindness and hospitality. We will be back next year for sure. Fully stocked cottage

We enjoyed our family trip at this cottage. The host was very nice and the home fully stocked (linen, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc). Thank you for having us. A note about the layout: Three of the bedrooms (except the twin side-by-side beds) are upstairs. They are adjacent along with one of the bathrooms. They are right off the kitchen. The other two beds are in the basement along with the second bathroom and laundry facility. The second bathroom did not have a door at the time we visited (it was separated by a curtain). This may be relevant depending on who you go with.

Great beach vacation

We had an amazing time staying at The Sanpiper. We were there from Saturday to Friday and first had my family for a couple days then had Cheryl's daughters and grandchildren. It was both roomy and comfortable for all. Went to the beach every day but one and enjoyed the atmosphere immensely! Would stay again for sure!

My stay at The Sandpiper was idyllic, the photos don't do it justice. The house is beautiful and they had everything I could have ever needed. The owner is great and was easily accessible if needed.
