The condo is just a 2-min (4 block) walk to the famous 5th Ave and 5 blocks to the beach! You'll be within walking distance to it all!
- Take a short stroll to the famous pedestrian walk street, 5th Avenue, lined w/restaurants, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, malls, street performers and loads of people-watching!
- Just another block and you hit the beach at 6th St. to the beach there, or walk a few blocks to 10th St to the popular Zenzi Beach Club.
- The condo is just œ block from 30th Ave, with lots of âlocalâ shopping & services including a Super Walmart! Itâs literally just a 2-minute walk away!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54 km/34 miles or about a 45-50 min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Itâs best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. Weâd be happy to help!
If youâre traveling in a rental car, thereâs a free underground parking spot for a normal-sized car (no trucks) at the Icono Playa complex on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can park in the street too but please be aware there are parking meters all throughout downtown Playa del Carmen. You need to look for the meter, pay with coins or debit/credit card in advance, and display your parking pass in the dashboard.
The condo complex is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, you can walk pretty much anywhere in town and not even need a car. You can also rent a bike or go by taxi around town. And lastly, there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. Great for day trips or excursions out of town. ADO stations:

- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee, and for stays over 7 days, cleaning is complimentary.
Long-term stays are available. Thereâs a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
