The Ocean Rogue Inn is an absolute gem that sits on the end of the sandy beach beach just seconds away from the ocean. There is a wonderful community area that offers ample seating around a fire-pit, a sandy volleyball court, and epic views of Twin Rocks Arch sitting just off the shore in the Pacific Ocean.

Every unit at the Ocean Rogue Inn has been remodeled and updated to near perfection. Every bit of décor and furnishing is brand new and was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay. Unit two offers an open living, dining and kitchen concept along a spacious bedroom boasting a king bed. There is a single full bath. The crowd favorite is definitely the deck with seating for two overlooking the volleyball area with the ocean waves crashing against the shore just beyond.

As nice as the inside is, you will want to spend every moment you can experiencing the breathtaking beauty that is moments away.
The Ocean Rogue is barely one mile from the heart of downtown Rockaway Beach making it incredibly convenient for any groceries, shopping, or entertainment you may be looking for. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of 3 pets. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Great stay for the price

Small space but perfect for us for our small getaway to the coast. I would like to come back in the summer to use the outside amenities.

A lovely beach adjacent stay

I wanted a little work trip while watching the ocean. This fit the bill and was very nice. There was a path down to the beach for walking and watching the sunset.

Great Getaway

The unit was great....the location was very convenient & being on the upper floor with the deck was nice. The only complaint I have is the limited kitchen essentials....a colander, large spoons, a few more bowls or serving dishes would have been great. There were only two of us, and we made do with what was there, but a group of four would not have enough

Adorable, comfy, condo

Loved this place. Perfect to hang your hat and stroll the beach, or wander into town. We were stoked there was a view of the ocean from the living room. The place was clean, stocked with all the necessities, and was updated/furnished well. The property manager reached out to make sure we could get in touch if we needed anything and seemed very responsive. We would definitely go back!

Missing Key Kitchen Items, Blocked Parking on Arrival

While the location was really nice, there were a few things that leave something to be desired. When I arrived at the checkin time (a couple of minutes past 4pm) the property manager's car was blocking access to the parking my designated parking space, and I was unsure where to find the manager. I took a picture of this denied access. I temporarily parked in another spot so that I could unload my luggage, only to find that my room was still be cleaned up and had to wait for access. The manager did move her car when I found her. The kitchen lacked several key items that I would expect: Dish soap, knives and a cutting board. I was frankly appalled that previous renters lacking a cutting board used the counter tops as a cutting board. I took pictures early in the morning showing this. I wanted to help out with the dishes, but only had a pump hand soap.

Love this place

We’ve been coming hear since it was called Ocean locomotion many years ago. Nice to see all the renovations & be here for the beach and sunsets. We will definitely be coming back!

Quiet and clean

Clean, quiet, studio-type apartment (master bedroom is mostly enclosed.) Super-comfortable bed, small shower. Appropriate for a brief stay for a couple or single on the go. Not a lot of kitchen gear. No books or games, but nice outdoor deck. Best part is the lovely lonely beach at Twin Rocks just steps away.

Rockaway stay

We had a lovely time. The apartment was quiet and very clean and the ocean was a short walk away. One thing I remember is there wasn’t a cutting board in the kitchen. Maybe the management can get one for the unit.

Nice location and amenities

Overall everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that someone from the last party plugged the toilet up and we had to do a minor get the toilet working again.

Rockaway Getaway

This property offered our family a wonderful stay in Rockaway Beach! The unit was newly renovated, bright and clean. Great ocean views and a quick walk to the beach! We would definetly stay again!

Our welcome was a sad old couple that wanted to stay in our space another night who were moving into another of the 10 or so spaces on the property. It was on a weekday so pretty chill. Beautiful view of the ocean. Would stay again.

Good location

The beach was easily accessible and it was a beautiful location. The place wasn't quite ready at check-in time, so we had a little bit of a wait. The property is nice and updated, but not finished. It seems that the renovations were rushed. There were aspects that they just didn't get to, like no blinds/curtains in the bathroom, the light above the kitchen sink didn't work, and there's no closet or dresser to hang up or put clothes away. Also there was no fitted sheet for the hide-a-bed. The place needed to have a broom and dustpan in the place for the guests to use. I think the cleaning people were pretty rushed because the floors were not very clean (lots of dust bunnies and hair clumps on the floor), and that's where you have to set everything down because there wasn't storage or a suitcase rack. I wiped all the surfaces down before we got settled because of the floor not being clean. There was also only one towel for a place that sleeps 4 people. There was no recycle bin in the place or outside either. The management was very nice and responded promptly to questions. Despite these things and a bit more, we enjoyed our stay.
