Vår 1 500 kvadratmeter stora bostad byggdes 2016 och vann kategorin People's Choice i Durango Parade of Homes. Det moderna och exceptionellt inredda bostaden har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum och ligger 7 kvarter (10 minuters promenad) från hjärtat av det historiska centrum av Durango och 24 miles (25 minuter) från skidområdet Purgatory.

Denna bostad har avslutats med möbler, elektronik och dekor i framkant modern inredning och teknik. Det är en riktig utställningsplats och en exceptionell vision av en urban livsstil som står i jämförelse med en liten stadsberget.

Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några minuters promenad från Durango rekreationscenter, Animas River Trail och County Fairgrounds. Om du inte vill gå till centrum tar du bara vagnen som går varje 20 minut och stannar precis framför lägenheten.

Stay was good. It wasn’t as clean as expected. More than a 10 minute walk to town and a quiet a bit of noise from the highway.

Great place. There were a few items that could use TLC like one of the living room couches. Overall worked perfectly for us. There’s a trolley stop a 1-min walk away, which made getting into downtown easy.Yes there was street noise, but with the white noise machine on just a low setting, it didn’t bother us.

This place was awesome. Location was right in town. You can walk to train station in 5 minutes. All the restaurants are right there too We were 3 couples and this place had one huge king room and another king room and a queen room. All the beds were very comfortable. They had a lot of nice little extra touches tooThe only negative was that we had a hard time getting into parking garage, up the elevator, and then into the place. I called them many times and they answered right away and were very helpful getting us in with the codes. I would stay there again so it wasn’t terrible. This is a real fine. A wonderful place to end our trip!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had five adults in our group and our condo was the perfect place! The layout was great and we felt that we had plenty of room. The street noise was a bit loud in the evenings but we brought fans for sleeping so it was a non-issue for us (they do provide sound machines in all bedrooms). The property manager/owners were very responsive and helpful! The bath towels and bed pillows could be improved upon, but other than that things were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Venue!

Light Airy and Modern

The property was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of room for a larger group. The only problem was the noise. On a very busy street and the noise level was a bit high. We adapted after the first few nights, and there are noise cancellation machines which helped. Overall, amazing place to stay with a great location and everything you need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and in great shape. Plenty of clean towels, dishes, ect. Traffic noise is a problem, especially in the morning. Was further away from downtown than we expected, making it more of a process to enjoy libations in the downtown area. Overall the condo delivered, we felt safe and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 2201 Main. The property was very clean upon arrival with the thermostat set at a comfortable temperature. Parking is adequate and the surrounding area appears to be safe. The unit is well laid out and lighting is excellent. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Everything in the unit seemed to be in working order with the exception of the ice maker. The biggest negative is the street noise on main, although it calmed down considerably between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The beds were not as comfortable as we are accustomed to and the linens were unfortunately of low end motel quality.We enjoyed visiting the surrounding neighborhood which appears to be very safe and stable. We enjoyed hiking downtown on the Animas River path. We also visited several downtown restaurants and shops, all of which were easily accessible. All of the shop owners and restaurant servers were extremely friendly and attentive. The only negative about downtown is the parking situation (I know you’ve heard this a million times). Overall, this was a pleasurable stay and we plan to return this summer for an extended stay because of the location and the fact that it’s dog friendly and air conditioned.

Great Place Overall!

Verbo Home was a perfect choice for our stay! The decor was super cute, and it met all of our needs. The space was roomy, attractive, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Great place and location to enjoy Durango

We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few questions.

Inaccurate listing.

The place was really nice but the listing stated it was a 10 minute walk to downtown but it is at least a 20 minute walk. The light switches and blind system were designed very poorly.

All of my group commented on what a lovely property I picked! Great location — not far from downtown. Convenient to the bike trail. Well-stocked kitchen. Immaculate property. Only negative was the washer was not working. Everything else was perfect.

Annual family outing

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located close to downtown and just a stones throw from the bike routes along the Animas. We truly loved staying at this property and will hopefully be able to return next year. One of the best stays we’ve had over the years in Durango. The property made the entire process easy and lived the welcome packs.

An Oasis

We loved the townhome and the location. Plenty of space, great kitchen; parking and places to walk the dogs. Great coffee and deli all within walking distance. You can cross Main Street and head straight to the river trail to head downtown. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was a huge help so that we might watch Peacock and the Olympics.

Great place!

The condo was clean, in a good area of town. The only negative was the windows did not seal well, allowing lots of road noise in from Main Street. The owners have placed white noise machines in the bedrooms which is nice, but I would recommend bringing earplugs unless you are not bothered by passing cars. Other than the road noise, I highly recommend this condo!

Family 4th of July Reunion

We had such an enjoyable visit to Durango, and the condo was perfect for our group of 6 family members. The interior was updated with modern amenities yet comfortable and was well stocked with basic household and kitchen essentials. The only negative I would be the road noise from the street outside the unit, however we were here over a holiday weekend when tourism was at a peak, and you honestly get used to it after the first night. Also, parking was so convenient and offered enough spaces for two vehicles, which is rare in Durango. Loved it and will absolutely stay here again!

Great unit and location

Very nice condo in a great location. The unit was very clean and modern. We had two families (with 2 kids each) and we all fit comfortably. Would stay here again for sure.
