Vår 1 500 kvadratmeter stora bostad byggdes 2016 och vann kategorin People's Choice i Durango Parade of Homes. Det moderna och exceptionellt inredda bostaden har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum och ligger 7 kvarter (10 minuters promenad) från hjärtat av det historiska centrum av Durango och 24 miles (25 minuter) från skidområdet Purgatory.

Denna bostad har avslutats med möbler, elektronik och dekor i framkant modern inredning och teknik. Det är en riktig utställningsplats och en exceptionell vision av en urban livsstil som står i jämförelse med en liten stadsberget.

Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några minuters promenad från Durango rekreationscenter, Animas River Trail och County Fairgrounds. Om du inte vill gå till centrum tar du bara vagnen som går varje 20 minut och stannar precis framför lägenheten.

Inaccurate listing.

The place was really nice but the listing stated it was a 10 minute walk to downtown but it is at least a 20 minute walk. The light switches and blind system were designed very poorly.

Enjoyable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the condo. It was VERY clean, which we so appreciate. The balcony area was so nice in the evenings! I might suggest a couple nicer patio chairs for lounging. My most negative comment is the road noise was a bit much even with sound machines and fans. We have low to no road noise where we live, so it was hard to get used to. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay. Lots of amenities especially in the kitchen which was helpful. The floors were very quiet which was nice for having a full house of guests with different sleep schedules.

All of my group commented on what a lovely property I picked! Great location — not far from downtown. Convenient to the bike trail. Well-stocked kitchen. Immaculate property. Only negative was the washer was not working. Everything else was perfect.

Annual family outing

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located close to downtown and just a stones throw from the bike routes along the Animas. We truly loved staying at this property and will hopefully be able to return next year. One of the best stays we’ve had over the years in Durango. The property made the entire process easy and lived the welcome packs.

An Oasis

We loved the townhome and the location. Plenty of space, great kitchen; parking and places to walk the dogs. Great coffee and deli all within walking distance. You can cross Main Street and head straight to the river trail to head downtown. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was a huge help so that we might watch Peacock and the Olympics.

Great place!

The condo was clean, in a good area of town. The only negative was the windows did not seal well, allowing lots of road noise in from Main Street. The owners have placed white noise machines in the bedrooms which is nice, but I would recommend bringing earplugs unless you are not bothered by passing cars. Other than the road noise, I highly recommend this condo!

Family 4th of July Reunion

We had such an enjoyable visit to Durango, and the condo was perfect for our group of 6 family members. The interior was updated with modern amenities yet comfortable and was well stocked with basic household and kitchen essentials. The only negative I would be the road noise from the street outside the unit, however we were here over a holiday weekend when tourism was at a peak, and you honestly get used to it after the first night. Also, parking was so convenient and offered enough spaces for two vehicles, which is rare in Durango. Loved it and will absolutely stay here again!

Great unit and location

Enjoyed our stay!

We had five adults in our group and our condo was the perfect place! The layout was great and we felt that we had plenty of room. The street noise was a bit loud in the evenings but we brought fans for sleeping so it was a non-issue for us (they do provide sound machines in all bedrooms). The property manager/owners were very responsive and helpful! The bath towels and bed pillows could be improved upon, but other than that things were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property. Communication with owner for access was top notch. The interior was clean and REALLY nice. The only drawback is location on the Main Street and some traffic noise. The sound machines were a nice addition to have and definitely helped, but if you can’t sleep with white noise or water etc. you might struggle in two of the bedrooms.

Snowdown Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes to this place! There was plenty of space for the 7 that ended up staying here. The beds are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with almost every utensil and pan you might need to cook. The lights were a little tricky to figure out at first but the smart home features were a cool surprise. The management company is professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. While "walking" distance from downtown, not ideal along the highway. The trolley is convenient and cheap ($1) although doesn't run past 10pm. We came for Snowdown and found ourselves walking home after the trolley stopped running. It does get a little noisy along the highway but there are white noise machines in the rooms. It didn't bother me but not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Long Weekend with Friends

We came to Durango with our little ones for the Polar Express Train experience. We were really pleased with the convenience of this property to town (less than ten minutes to the station parking) and the helpful layout for two couples with infants on different schedules. We felt the apartment had high end finishes with the added bonus of little amenity packages. It is located on a busy road, but we weren’t bothered by this with the noise machines provided. We recommend checking the thermostat settings so that you don’t wake up freezing because the default night setting is 60 degrees! Our only complaint was that the master bedrooms sheets didn’t seem as clean as they could be with old dirt stains on the comforter and a few rogue hairs. We addressed this with the property manager who responded quickly and luckily there were spare sheet sets available. We also didn’t feel that the coffee pot had been cleaned so further attention to detail in this area would be appreciated. However, we would definitely choose to stay again on future visits. The property felt safe and easy to access with keypads on both doors.

Durango Downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & appreciated the proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms, that were well stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of smart, home features, including lighting, air conditioning and automatic blinds Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex & soaps. dishwasher pods. Had no problem with parking. Owner is very friendly. Please make a note that the unit is situated directly on Main Avenue so you will have to anticipate traffic noise. They do have white noise machines which is helpful, but trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, etc. can definitely be disruptive to sleep.

Fine overall. Cleanliness was only minor issue…lint trap in dryer very full, old coffee left in large pot, dig hairs on hard floors, especially around dining table.
