Very clean,Nice quiet neighborhood,5 minutes to the beach.Our dogs loved the back yard.Felt completely comfortable leaving my ederly mother in law there one day to dog sit while we went to Venice beach for the day.Plenty of restaurants and a mall near by.Highlu recomend

Property was described accurately. Really neat having so many kids plates/cups/utensils. House is supplied with everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again.

Overall a nice, roomy, quite, safe place to stay. We are neat, quite people and this property reminded us of home. No noise and no issues with any neighbors. Definitely would recommend this rental. Few items were in need of repair such as dimmer switch in kitchen which also controls on and off, washer does not allow softener to go into washer tub, drawer of dresser in master broken, and finally the floors were free of dirt and dust, but walking around in your bare feet your feet would be black.

Family get together Seminole

Get together to celebrate with family the house was very comfortable for the 3 couples. plenty of room for everyone the walk in shower was great beds were comfy. Nice back yard if you have dogs. We would stay again very quiet neighborhood. Host was great.

Great home and location

The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were attending baseball Spring training games, so easy to get to the ball parks and St Petersburg. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Nice Place, needs a little work

We enjoyed our stay at this house. couches in the main LR (by the lanai) need to be replacedNice things:- Size of the house, extra seating areas.- Location was nice in quiet neighborhood.- Lots of restaurants nearby and a quick ride to the beach.- Everything that’s needed to go to the beach.- Lanai was awesome.- Clean!- Had a lot of little things that we appreciated.(little) Things that didn’t work:- Blinds in master bedroom.- Adjustable light switch in kitchen.- Light was out in back bedroom closet.- Check all light switches - most worked, some didn’t.- Lightbulbs in back need to be checked.Improvements:- Add small tables (for dinks) next to couches (near lanai).- Add nightstand in Master BR. - Change door to an electronic door lock vs. using a key.

Seminole Property

My wife and 4 kids were looking for a place to stay for a few days prior to our beach house being available and found this property on VRBO. What a great place in a very nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, great patio to sit outside and 3 seperate areas for everyone to hang out, lounge on the couch and watch movies. It’s very close to the beach, great restaurants and easy access to the airport. We would not hesitate to rent the location again. The host was very responsive on check in and check out information.

Super Comfy Home

This house was immaculately clean, and the Evolve representative was the most helpful we’ve ever had. It was nice to have a garage to park the car, and the backyard had chairs for lounging to take advantage of the December Florida sun. Two living rooms and three bedrooms make this home perfect for a small family, and yet, it was cozy and comfortable for just us two. Would definitely stay again when in the St. Pete area.

Seminole Get a Way

Lovely well appointed home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout. Short drive to markets, restaurants, etc.The bottled water was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay with one exception...Dirty dishes, cups, forks, spoons and even pans!! I did not appreciate having to wash dishes someone else used.

Just Okay

Overall, we had a nice stay in this house but there were some things that definitely needed attention. The back yard and fence was very unkept and run down. There were so many holes in the fence that we had to find cardboard, pieces of wood, palm fronds, anything we could to keep our dog contained. If you advertise as "dog friendly", there should be adequate fencing for all size dogs. This yard was a real eyesore to look at while sitting on the patio. A few smaller complaints were, that we were left no kitchen towels and there were no lamps or end tables in the living areas, only dim overhead lighting. The furniture was old, soft and uncomfortable to sit on but we made do. We thought the property was overpriced compared to other properties we have stayed in, in the same area. It was clean and spacious. Both bathrooms had been remodeled and were decorated nicely. It was also in a nice location, convenient to both St. Pete and Clearwater and had some nice nature trails, a botanical garden and an historic village we could take our dog to along with many restaurants allowing dogs on their patios. I would overall recommend this property.

Very nice area

We were greeted by the landlord upon our arrival and found the house very clean and well stocked. The bath towels and beach towels were new and fluffy. The king bed, twin and double beds were all memory foam mattresses and very comfortable with nice new sheets and quilts. The queen bed was a bit soft so our guests didn’t sleep there. We had trouble with the microwave and the vacuum during our stay and when I reported it to the owner, she had someone there the next day with new ones to replace them. No questions asked! Very impressive response time. All new appliances with filtered water and ice on the door of the fridge. There were several bottles of water in the fridge for us when we arrived which was very much appreciated. Keurig coffee maker, regular coffeemaker maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and toaster oven all in good shape. The pots and pans were pretty good and there were plenty of serving bowels, dishes and silverware. The only thing I had to buy were storage containers and a pan for baking. I got those at the dollar general along with some extra hangers for our clothes. The house and neighborhood was very, very quiet and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay In Seminole

We loved everything about our stay! Very beautiful home inside and out and a very nice area. Not from from the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, little shops and fun things to do with your family. We will definitely 💯 return when time allows us! Close to friends and Family

This house was perfect for us and our fur baby. The beds were very comfortable, more storage then we needed and the kitchen was perfect too! We didn’t get out to the beach but it was certainly close enough.

The house is exactly what it states on the description. Such a beautiful and cute home. Very clean and has all the amenities you need for a family. Beds are very comfy and bathrooms are very clean..the whole house is clean. Communication with Kimberly was great. Very sweet. Evolve team is very friendly and easy communication with them and very helpful. The house is very close to so many beaches, restaurants and things to do. Great location definitely. My family and myself would definitely return

Great home close to beach

What more can I say about this house… I literally had every comfort of being at home. 2 very comfortable living rooms with extremely comfortable beds. A large back patio with lounge chairs, a patio table and umbrella to shade from the sun. On the back porch there was plenty of seating for everyone to sit and socialize and we cooked several meals here. I loved the house. The master bathroom was also very nice with a full tile shower. They even left a Dyson vacuum which made a world of difference because of all the trips we made to the beach and the sand we brought back with us. The beds were Also extremely comfortable and I heard not a single complaint from anyone.
