Nice and quaint

I stayed at this property by myself for work but would bring my family back here. It would be a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 kids but no need to spend time inside. The beach access and resort amenities are perfect.

Loud and dirty

Could not get in contact with owner, had no hot water 2nd day of stay, loud party’s all around until 4 in morning 3 nights. Smell of marijuana was terrible.

Disappointed

The property looks nice from the outside but once inside the overall. Implement is run down and not well maintained. It’s dirty, the elevators and doors don’t always work and asking questions of the front desk is as if we were a bother. The unit we stayed in had several issues. The tub drained extremely slowly, the toilet ran constantly, none of the closet doors shut completely, it was dirty upon arrival. There were only 2 towels provided for our entire stay. I then found a load of linens was in the dryer from the previous renters. There is no vacuum nor many cleaning items available in the unit. The phone didn’t work. When I reached out to our point of contact it took a full day before hearing back from him and he said he call a plumber. Never heard from him or anyone else again. Also, some mechanics unit on the roof over the check in area sounds like it has a loose belt and is squealing constantly. Enough to give a person a headache quickly. The location is nice, beach access is nice, the pool area is nice but needs a deep clean. A cockroach was floating in the hot tub and there was trash (wrappers and empty water bottle) floating in the indoor pool. Staff working in that area have their heads in their phones and don’t acknowledge renters. If I wouldn’t have lost money, we would have switched to a different property. The poor standards significantly outweighed the few good attributes this property has.

Great location, perfect for a family trip.

Everything was as listed/pictured. Location was close to everything but far enough off the main strip to avoid the chaos. Beach and pool were crowded but clean. Loved being able to use the resort’s amenities. The only downfall was that I was given a point of contact for my stay that I was not able to get ahold of. Luckily I didn’t need anything that the resort couldn’t answer. Overall great stay. Perfect size for my family of 4.

Myrtle beach

We felt that there should have been better communication with the property manager. I call and never received a call or email back. Think you need to keep in mind that people that are vacationing may need help if they don’t understand something but we would stay again was very beautiful place to stay I would definitely tell people to stay.

Everything we needed they had!

This resort literally has everything to make anyone happy! Many pools, kid's swim area, bar & grill, arcade & breakfast! The staff were polite & made sure we were satisfied.
