Our luxurious 1-bedroom Executive-styled waterfront apartment offers pristine ocean and sunset views throughout the rooms and living area. This brand new space offers top of the range comfort from quality commercial mattresses to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with extra platters and serving dishes to bring the family and friends together. Our aim is to provide flexible, family-friendly accommodation to make your holiday getaway everything that you hoped for, and more!

We are perfectly located at the Quayside Waterfront Apartments surrounded by a stack of features and areas to visit. All by walking distance it includes popular restaurants, parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing during family fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation. This apartment is includes two secured garage car parking.

The focus of our design is to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travelers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guests requirements.

Just to make the check-in process more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

Our home is walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family-fun holidays. Wake up to stunning ocean views. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or dine at the onsite restaurant. Less than a 5-minute walk to the Wave Lagoon. Skycity Darwin Casino and Mindil beach Sunset Market are within a 5-minute drive.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.
ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An Additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (Bin chute outside the corridor area)
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
