Every room has a fireplace, smart TV, phone charge lamps, sofa, lounging chair and a desk and chair.
The main room has a smart tv, fireplace, spacious, pac man, numerous board games, darts, and incredible views that can often include deer, eagles, osprey, harbor seals, herons, pheasants, etc............
Exclusive to the renter; the main lawn and main patio on the main lawn. The lower area to the water, boat ramp and dock are also available to you but is also used by family and friends.
Your patio has a large fireplace as you overlook the bay.
Lawn games include: Axe throwing, Horseshoes, Ring toss, Croquet, Bocce ball, Washer toss and more to come.

Butt can and ashtrays provided for outdoors.

Gary Evans MM CD did almost 40 years of sea service. The first 20+ yrs of which were in the Canadian navy. He then went on to attain his Master Mariner certification, retiring from the worlds waters as a full Captain. His experience varies as Master such as on tug and barge in The St. Lawrence Seaway and Northern Canada; a new build 330â Liquid Natural Gas RORO ferry in Quebec, close quarter oil rig navigation whilst working in the Seismic industry in the oil fields of the world as well as close quarter vessel operations in the Great Lakes of Canada on the Bulk carriers / 730â Lakers.
